The last time I was here was yesterday for their October 2016 sale. I went on the last day of the October sale, and I found that the selection wasn't as good as from their sales about a year ago. First off, there wasn't much selection for women, and a lot of their merchandise are for guys. Last year, I was able to find a $10 warm hoodie, but now, the cheapest one I could find was $40 and I got the last piece with my right size. My fiance was able to purchase many hoodies, and there was a lot in stock - for guys. This time though, I was impressed by the abundance of Timberland shoes, I was able to purchase a couple of men's boots for my fiance with a good price. I checked my receipt and the calculated average of savings I get is 50%. I would recommend still checking this place out, as this is a big warehouse sale, and they have a lot of different types of clothing to shop for. They have hoodies, sweaters, t-shirts, work-out clothes, work pants, winter boots, safety shoes, winter jackets, golf apparels, even beauty products and jewelery! Unfortunately they were one size too big and I wanted a different band on the pants, so I ended up taking them back to exchange for another pair. Because it wasn't long after Christmas, there was a line up and the store was really busy. I didn't have to wait long before I got into the store and I headed right back to where the women's pants were kept. Now the store was so busy that I couldn't actually get AT the pants I wanted to look at but after a few minutes of waiting behind some customers that wouldn't move, a store associate came up and asked if I needed help. I told her I was doing an exchange and that I liked the band that was on the display manniquin. She quickly pulled it out in the two sizes I was looking for (one was tall and she informed me that they did free hemming if that size was right in the end) and suggested a few other bands I could try. I got in line for the changerooms and had a bit of a wait before I was put into a room. Now I'm a lulu virgin. Having never bought anything for myself, my boyfriend is more familiar with the actual store than I am. The ladies at the back were super busy but all of them were super friendly and very very nice. One of them put me in a changeroom, told me her name and to let her know if I needed anything. I tried a few pairs on and then she knocked at my door to make sure everything was going okay. I ended up deciding on a pair that was tall and would need to be hemmed and came out and told the girl at the changerooms. She put me up on the little stepstool, showed me what she recommended for length and marked it. In and out in less than 10 minutes with a bunch of trying on. They brought me over to sign the alterations book and then I went up to the cash. I guess I didn't realize there was some kinda thing I had to fill out beyond that but they were super nice about it, had me fill it out at the cash and did the exchange in a matter of two minutes. I came back on the day my alterations were supposed to be ready and it was (thankfully) MUCH less busy, so I was able to peruse the store a bit before picking up my pants. And again, the staff here are so very friendly and approachable. I was asked if I needed help more than once and it wasn't pushy AT ALL. My pants turned out perfect and I'm in love with them. Overall, a great experience at this location, I'll be back for sure just because the staff was so very friendly!!

My old sneakers were the most comfy shoes I've owned. I can walk miles on the Vegas Strip with those pair of Nike shoes without my feet hurting. It's old, it's got holes, not on the soles but the sides, I didn't care... but I agreed with the hubby only because I am not able to dry them from the boat tour at The Niagara Falls. It was soaking wet. The store is huge. All the shoes are displayed out on the floor so if you like a pair but it's not your size then you're out of luck. The aisles were in sections by gender first then size. Clearance means not the latest model shoes so don't expect the latest here. The store was organized and neat. I noticed that all the shoes are on the shelves and not strewn down messy on the floor. Eventually, I found a pair of shoes. It wasn't love at first sight but I guess it'll grow on me eventually.
