I've attached before and after pictures and the redness and swelling have gone down dramatically over the past 24 hours. It went from painful and swollen to flat and easily covered with makeup after the BBL Laser. Also, I was a little nervous about how it would feel but I felt no pain at all.

You can imagine my shock and embarrassment! I have never been treated this way by any business, nor have I heard of a business behaving in such an appalling manner to clients. For cosmetic services, I find it important to develop a relationship with one practitioner. Stephanie is the only person I see because she's excellent and so lovely. So sad to say, but if this business makes a mistake on their end, they ban clients. Please bear that in mind before scheduling an appointment -- there is a zero tolerance policy on complaints.

She has a very professional but friendly manner and explained every step what she was doing and why. She completed my skin check, measured and photographed several spots so that next year they can be compared. This makes me feel secure as I have a family history of melanoma. Dr. Cheng also had enough time to remove a couple of moles, skin tags and wisdom spots at the same visit. I feel very fortunate to have received such great service. To be honest I originally tried to make an appointment at a Duke clinic. The first available appointment was late August. I am so glad I found this practice.
