I've already seen quite a reduction in my tattoo, even though it's on my wrist (lower extremity)! Noushi also makes a point to get to know you, which I really like. She's a nice lady. She does good work, but I mean to be fair as a big burn. It took two weeks to get healed up. Cost me about $100 for all the first aid supplies and burn cream for the laser tattoo removal and it was pretty intense, Recovery. We did not go back for the second treatment. Now, no lie, my close friend Dipna is the Mastermind behind this new establishment...BUT, what I am writing today is an honest opinion as a customer. Net is, don't discount what I'm writing, and you will surely reap the benefits :) Aura sits in a shopping complex with ample parking and is located in a salon suite type layout where multiple small businesses share a common hallway. The entrance requires a passcode to get in, which you get after booking an appointment. As you enter the hallway, you will discover Aura on the left, and it is a quaint little room with a calm / relaxing feel. There are all sorts of machines around that are used for various services...including Laser Hair Removal! All of the pre-paperwork was done via email and online signatures, so when I got in, we were able to quickly get into how the process works and what I can expect. Dipna is extremely professional and answered all of my questions. I got in the chair and was ready for a new me...err well a hairless back anyway lol Dipna warned me about the cold gel and let me know what to expect each step of the way before progressing. The entire process was truly painless and here I am 3 weeks later seeing results (see the pics I posted). I signed up for a package of multiple treatments, (again I said I am being honest here) because to completely tame my beast of a back, it's realistically going to take a few attempts to get it all haha! Once done, we scheduled the next treatment appointment and off I went with my dreams of a hairless back now underway! Only thing that could have made it better is a hot towel post treatment to cleanse the treatment area. I'm sure Dipna will make that happen soon enough :) All in all, go discover your Aura y'all...and fellas, that means you too!

BUT afterward, what they said would be "uncomfortable" was painful and unpleasant, and it took a very long time to recover, so much so that I absolutely hate the thought of putting myself through it again for the rest of my scheduled sessions. However, they tell me they cannot cancel, which conveniently was not mentioned upfront. In fact the associate I spoke to about cancellation was rather cold about it. I'm sure they're covered legally with that info having been buried in the contract language, but this is a terrible disservice. It feels like a sham and a money grab, and I really regret having fallen for it.
