Jeff did an outstanding job -- he completely resolved the issues and gave us the tools and confidence to continue reinforcing the training at home. Jeff is knowledgeable, professional, and truly understands dogs and their behavior. Bentley came back calmer, more responsive, and we feel more confident to take Bentley out in public. Even though we arrived around closing time, we were given time alone to bond with the dog and make sure it was the right fit. We could tell the animal was well cared for and the staff was very friendly. The dog had been micro chipped and received vaccinations. We were allowed to bring the dog we already had to make sure it would get along with its new companion. All in all, it was a good experience and we are happy customers enjoying time with our new family member.

He suited me for a horse to fit my height and weight to feel safe and secure in the saddle. Gave me a brief lesson on safety and how to properly control the horse which I really appreciated since not most companies do. He took photos of me through the pastures and creeks, and educated me on the property and the history of the grounds around the area.
