I was given some meds to help her out and was on my way. lady liked the staff here so much that when they left the room she whimpered and stared st the door. Kim, from Faithful Friends that commented on my review was the person that kept refusing to give me a receipt proving they had picked up Oreo and proving that she was cremated. She also blocked me from talking to anyone else. She, the other staff, as well as Middendorf didn't know where Oreo was or even who the driver, who was supposed to pick up Oreo. 2. I also knew something was wrong when their dates didn't match Middendorf's dates until they finally got together and picked a date that worked for them. 3. Oreo was referred to as a "Male"...my precious Oreo is a FEMALE. 4.Brittany, Jim, Brian and Lorie and staff didn't even have compassion for my Beloved Oreo to return my calls. I will be reporting them to Animal Cruelty Organizations and the Ky. Board of Veterinary Examiner. I am devastated that I still don't know what happened to my Beloved Oreo or where she is. He had a small stay of about 5 days in total, and the staff constantly updated me throughout his stay. His illness really seemed to be a death sentence, but after trying a medicine they don't typically use, he began improving so quickly. We were so thrilled when we finally got good news of progress for our boy. He is doing just perfect now and is back to his loving self. I cannot thank this hospital enough for their dedication to their job, and to their patients. Throughout the days there, we saw many people treated so well. If you ever have an emergency I highly recommend them. They treat your animal like they are their own. I truly felt so supported and like our boy was in the best hands possible.

Before diagnostic testing was completed, a staff member repeatedly pressured me to euthanize my dog, told me she had cancer before testing confirmed any diagnosis, and made alarming statements about her chances of survival. I became extremely upset and left feeling traumatized. I later filed a formal complaint with management. In writing, the hospital acknowledged that the veterinarian on duty remembered the incident and that the employee's words "did not convey the appropriate level of compassion." What makes this even more upsetting is that Bella is still alive today and enjoying a good quality of life. While I appreciate that management eventually acknowledged my concerns, the emotional impact of this experience has stayed with me long after the visit. Pet owners deserve compassionate communication, especially when facing difficult medical decisions.

I do my own grooming for my puppy but their grooming services are fairly priced and I was very happy when I did use them.
