Kim, from Faithful Friends that commented on my review was the person that kept refusing to give me a receipt proving they had picked up Oreo and proving that she was cremated. She also blocked me from talking to anyone else. She, the other staff, as well as Middendorf didn't know where Oreo was or even who the driver, who was supposed to pick up Oreo. 2. I also knew something was wrong when their dates didn't match Middendorf's dates until they finally got together and picked a date that worked for them. 3. Oreo was referred to as a "Male"...my precious Oreo is a FEMALE. 4.Brittany, Jim, Brian and Lorie and staff didn't even have compassion for my Beloved Oreo to return my calls. After every test, with no answers; they did not give up. They started trying to narrow down the issue and did not give up. He had a small stay of about 5 days in total, and the staff constantly updated me throughout his stay. His illness really seemed to be a death sentence, but after trying a medicine they don't typically use, he began improving so quickly. We were so thrilled when we finally got good news of progress for our boy. He is doing just perfect now and is back to his loving self. I cannot thank this hospital enough for their dedication to their job, and to their patients. Throughout the days there, we saw many people treated so well. If you ever have an emergency I highly recommend them. They treat your animal like they are their own. I truly felt so supported and like our boy was in the best hands possible.
