They are busy at times and waits can get long, sure, but if you look at clinic availability in the area you can see why. There aren't that many vet centers in Georgetown (or on the North side of Lexington). Further, I hope you keep in mind that if the staff is busy they are genuinely busy trying to assist and animal that is in much worse condition than your own. The amount of times they have squeezed us in with no notice (yes, with a wait) to check on our beloved dogs is many. In those times they have never showed anything but patience and kindness to us or our dogs. They answer questions and give health advice kindly and thoughtfully. Their top concern is the health of your pet. Pricing is extremely fair to what I've experienced in the area and a friendly reminder that if you cannot afford vet care, you cannot afford a pet. They work hard, care a lot, and it shows. We have taken all three of our dogs there and they are also blood donors at the clinic. The clinic is clean and the staff is wonderful.
