This morning I filmed her limp as I knew that by the time she got there it might be gone. I called middendorf animal hospital and they got me in right away. The staff and doctor here are not like any I've experienced at a vet so far. Not to say the others were bad. This was just different. They were kind and treated Lady like she was one of their own. They took a LOT of time going over many questions I had about things not even related to the injury. Turns out her limp is the result of a old injury. I was given some meds to help her out and was on my way. lady liked the staff here so much that when they left the room she whimpered and stared st the door. Not once did I feel like I was a burden or that my pet wasn't "liked". A complaint I often hear about vets. This is our new vet for sure. Dr Middendorf loves animals. That's for sure. I'm very happy I found this place

Their lies only confirmed to us that something did happen to our precious Oreo. I want to tell others what really happened to our Beloved Oreo. My review was regarding the "Bumbling" and "Stumbling" incompetence of Faithful Friends Pet Memory Center LLC as well as Middendorf Animal Hospital (Brittany Jones and Jim Middendorf) in their mishandling and losing our Beloved Oreo. This is what really happened.....We knew something was wrong when: 1. We pleaded with Faithful Friends to give Us a receipt to prove they picked up Oreo( we wanted a date). Also a receipt Showing a date that she was cremated, We kept asking... they kept refusing to give us a reciept. 2.We also knew something was wrong when their dates didn't match Middendorf's Dates until they finally got together And picked a date that sounded good. 3. Oreo was referred to as a ""Male"...our Precious Oreo is a FEMALE. 4. Brittany, Jim, Brian and Lorie and staff Didn't even have compassion for our Beloved Oreo to return our calls. So much more was done to our little Oreo. We will be reporting them to Animal Cruelty Organizations as welll as other relevant organizations. If only I had walked back in that room and taken my precious Oreo home instead of leaving her with these people. I will never get over this. Oreo did not have a voice in the matter so we Are being the voice for our Beloved Oreo.

Being a Newfoundland, he is prone to a flipping stomach, so time was of the essence. We arrived after midnight after driving two hours to be greeted by the friendly staff. They immediately went to work to ease his pain and determine the best treatment. After a three hour surgery, flipping his stomach back into place and removing his damaged spleen, Mr. Mocha Moose is on the road to recovery. We cannot thank this excellent hospital for their great care and quick Action.

Before diagnostic testing was completed, a staff member repeatedly pressured me to euthanize my dog, told me she had cancer before testing confirmed any diagnosis, and made alarming statements about her chances of survival. I became extremely upset and left feeling traumatized. I later filed a formal complaint with management. In writing, the hospital acknowledged that the veterinarian on duty remembered the incident and that the employee's words "did not convey the appropriate level of compassion." What makes this even more upsetting is that Bella is still alive today and enjoying a good quality of life. While I appreciate that management eventually acknowledged my concerns, the emotional impact of this experience has stayed with me long after the visit. Pet owners deserve compassionate communication, especially when facing difficult medical decisions.
