I'll be back soon, though!…read more Aaanyway... my neck and traps were giving me a fit and after a week of trying to resolve it on my own I knew I needed to find a chiropractor to lay some hands on this body of mine and do some work. I really lucked out and found a place in the closest town to my friend I'm staying with. You remember that song, "Out in the Boondocks"? That's literally where she lives... in the boonies LoL! They (Taylor Chiropractic) were booked up the day I called but I was able to be seen the next day. (hallelujer!!) Tina was so friendly and personable during intake and the whole office is that way. The waiting room is tastefully decorated, ample room, and a staff with rooms for massages and cupping. (prayers are going up and my fingers are crossed I'll be able to get in this week or early next week for a little bit of both of those) My neck needed some serious adjusting. I have gone to a chiropractor for many years and granted, I had not been in sometime before coming here to Florida. But let me tell you my neck, on both sides, cracked so loudly and intensely it took me a few seconds to process it. I mean, I was like "Whoa Nelly!! LoL I've been going every week but now will go 2 to 3 times a week simply because I was out of alignment for so long readjustment doesn't hold a very long. (Not his fault) Mark is a good guy, down to earth and easy to like. He'll work on all body parts. My pelvis gets out of whack and my shoulders and he does all the things Oh! Let me add this... the signage on his door says Chiropractic Physician. I've never seen that any place else. Chiropractors are physicians and for whatever reason that resonated with me. It's a little after midnight here and the name of the machine they hook me up to after being adjusted escapes me. It's like stem but on steroids and it's fantastic! Not only did I find out all of the issues I was having, but I had an adjustment and therapy for a flat rate for military. It has been three weeks, and I've received a few treatments, and I feel better already! I am confident in the staff and in the facility and they treat me very well and are extremely fair-priced. I asked her when she was going to file for a claim and she said you won't get any money back. I was flabbergasted. As I usually pay under $20 for the services I received. I immediately called my insurance and told them what happened. They said you shouldn't have had to pay more than $10. They contacted Doctor Lambe's office and the receptionist was very rude to them and wouldn't help. It has been 3 months and no claim has ever been filed. I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated and I highly DO NOT recommend this chiropractor to anyone and I will have to pursue a different avenue to get my money back. I had been out running and aggravated a long term mid-back injury I've had since I don't remember. Dr. Z was happy to evaluate and get me some relief. I've since been to him a little less than a dozen times for various things while in the Miramar Beach area. While I'm an 'out of towner' he is always quick to schedule and I feel like I'm a local patient.
