I immediately called my insurance and told them what happened. They said you shouldn't have had to pay more than $10. They contacted Doctor Lambe's office and the receptionist was very rude to them and wouldn't help. It has been 3 months and no claim has ever been filed. I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated and I highly DO NOT recommend this chiropractor to anyone and I will have to pursue a different avenue to get my money back. I don't like dishonest people.

I have gone to a chiropractor for many years and granted, I had not been in sometime before coming here to Florida. But let me tell you my neck, on both sides, cracked so loudly and intensely it took me a few seconds to process it. I mean, I was like "Whoa Nelly!! During the first visit ($150 cash non-insured) he really spends a lot of time with you, usually 45+ minutes, going over past history, current problems etc. He is big on ordering whatever is needed such as blood tests and x-rays. If you don't have insurance he will help work out. His staff is friendly and really great about calling in re-fills without having to make a visit and the cost per (non-insured) visit is about $80 as of this writing. They do require that you transfer your records to them before they will see you. Their office is very modern and all records kept electronically. They can also do blood work and other services on the spot saving the hassle of going to the hospital. Another great thing is that at Panhandle Family Medicine if he happens to go on vacation there are other very well qualified doctors available.
