Do not buy from this company. They sell dog boxes thru Moore Pet Products and do not stand behind their product. Crate arrived damaged (hidden) door dented and does not work properly. Paid over $160 in shipping and over $408 for the dog box. Box is a piece of JUNK! Useless. Moore Products, Fedex Freight and Owens have given me the run around for the past 3 months. I really wish I had read Frank P. review before I bought a set of running boards. I bought mine from Owens directly on 11-13-2018 I had to wait three weeks to get them, no problem they had to be altered they said to fit my truck. Received them and was having them installed when the welds broke just putting the bolts in. Mr. Bob started the run around about sending them pictures and waiting for them to decide what to do. Bull, they wouldn't even give me a RMA. or their UPS number. I was told that was their company policy. I called my credit card company. I'll let them resolve it, they already put the money back in my account. I wanted American made, I was sure I would get quality. Frank wrote his review 3-28-2018. Well Frank, their welding isn't getting any better nine months later. I would go without running boards and suggest you do the same before I would ever think of theirs again. Paid $600.00 for junk. Owens never talk about Chinese goods and your stuff in the same conversation, there quality is worlds better than what I have seen with yours.
