So, called Vivint on our vacation and they asked us to disassemble the alarm pad, remove the battery for a hard reset, and then reboot the entire system. Umm, I'm on vacation you dummy, how in the F am I supposed to do that?? Have my house sitter do it?? Lol give me a F-ing break. A "tech" company that we pay monthly should be able to reboot the system for the astronomical monthly price we pay. Alonse G installed my alarm system and I was really pleased.  He is indeed a professional subject matter expert.  Ask for him. I will add that the entire experience was rough on the sales side and the customer service side but, I am happy with the the end result.  On customer service I hope that Chris mailed the signs--I'm still waiting--it's been 10 days.
