The owner of this company came out personally to take care of the problems we had with one of his former employees. I am impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He is here right now. He is very familiar with this floor plan and the builder and the way it is wired. I knew we had problems and he knows what's going on and how to fix it. Not only did he say he would come look at it, after he determined the problem I tried to pay him and he refused. It was going to involve Centerpoint coming out to run a bypass line. On Saturday morning two guys came out and ran the line. They informed me what had to happen next. I called Frank and asked him to do the work. He immediately filed for a permit, got all the lines tagged for cable, gas, electricity. I as sit here, Derek and Chris are sweating their ass off doing the work. 45 feet of trench, 28'' deep dug out by shovel. I cannot say enough good about these guys or this company. Contacted the name he gave me, but he was booked for a month. Called plumbers with good Yelp ratings, got nothing but full voice mails or "call in the morning" messages. Called Quality and a real live human answered... And he was an actual plumber named Terry, actually fixing something for someone (at 6:30 PM). Took my info and said they'd get here tomorrow, and try to get here in the morning. The next day I was told I'm #8 on the list and they should get here that day. The jobs were more involved than expected and I got bumped to Friday AM (by then it became clear that this was a Galveston- wide calamity, and the demand for plumbers was insane!). My plumber called mid-morning to say he was enroute, and took care of two split outdoor pipes in a couple of hours. He even reattached the bird netting attached under the deck! They answered, they showed up, they fixed everything... For a new client, in the midst of a disaster. Quality will be my plumber from here on out!

During installation, he cleaned out HVAC with hospital grade cleaner that prevents mold growth, and he installed a UV light as an extra defense against mold growth. It was a big job and took longer than we both anticipated. His crew worked past 6 pm to make sure the air ducts were completely installed so my family and I could turn the heater back on overnight. Before he left for the evening, he also cleared out our dryer vent as an extra gesture. When he came back to replace the vent plates, he asked us our preferences and comfort level to adjust the airflow in different spaces throughout our home. We appreciated that extra step very much. He also recommended that we replace our emergency drip pan as it was rusted and could cause a leak at any moment. He's even going to install a trip switch on his next visit as our unit doesn't currently have one. Overall, we had a good experience with Mateo. He's very knowledgeable, pleasant, made needed recommendations, and backed the work he did on our airducts with a five year warranty.
