Great find by my friend as we made our way to Wyoming! I'd never heard of Wellington previously. We stopped for coffee and food. I got a delicious Blood Orange Espresso Tonic, which is my new favorite drink. So many possibilities with all their syrup options. The barista recommended their bagels (and also said their burritos were popular) so I picked out a Jalapeno Bagel to be heated up. Service here is fantastic. The whole coffeeshop is super cute. Street parking wasn't bad. New go-to spot next time I'm in this area! read more

Every time I visit Wellington I make a point to go here- their seasonal coffees are so creative and delicious! The baked goods are worth the stop every time too! The barista was absolutely wonderful, very attentive and friendly. It was a beautiful morning in late summer and we enjoyed having our drinks on the backyard patio. This is the cutest coffee shop ever with so many yummy options for coffees and teas！As a lil health nut I wanted to try every single one of the tea blends they offered. I also like that you can get your drink in reusable cups/plates. The amount of food options was a nice surprise too. I would recommend the jalapeño bagel sandwich! If you're looking to get away from the mainstream coffee shops life the human bean, ziggis or Starbucks, this is a great option. There is a wider variety of seasonal coffees and they have better equipment. I've been in here a handful of times and had the same drink most times. Only reason I have to drop a star is because, while the coffee is good, it seems to lack consistency. Sometimes there's lots of cream, sometimes there's not much at all. Other than my picky desire to have the same coffee every time (which can be difficult) it's a great little local shop read more

This is such a cute little coffee shop with great coffee and super friendly customer service. I think it's located on their Main Street, I'm not familiar with this town. I wish i could have had my coffee inside and sat down because it felt so cozy. They also have many cute little local artists art work and home made earrings for sale. We've stopped a couple times to get coffee here. Efficient in their process is never something I can say they are. This time though is what brings me to a 1 star review. We fully understand it's busy because of the parade and holiday. What is not acceptable though is disrespectful customer service. We ordered... waited 30 minutes then asked about how much longer they thought it would take since they served 5 or 6 other orders that were placed after us. The lady behind the counter got an attitude and said it's busy and we just have to deal with it. When my wife said, but you served 5 or 6 others that came after us, she got more exasperated with the question. Instead of making it right or even attempting to make it right, she got even more attitude, so we walked out. Normally they're slow, and the coffee is so-so, but usually worth the wait. After this and knowing the owner/manager was standing right there to witness the interaction? Nope, we're good. Won't be returning here and will NOT recommend anyone either. There's no excuse for this kind of service to your customers. read more

My colleagues and I stopped in for a break during some work in Wellington and were immediate in love. The tables are inviting for conversation or a productive work session, with ample wall outlets to charge up. They offered three flavors of chai! You can even mix-n-match. :) My colleague got the ginger chai and loved it. I needed a bit more caffeine, so I ordered a peppermint mocha with white chocolate. Mmmm- so warm and tasty! They also offer some light breakfast and snacks if you're hungry. Local artists grace the walls, with rotating art. Definitely full of local charm. read more

Love this coffee shop. Always a friendly smile and a hello as you come in. We come in order our coffee to drink there, which they have generous serving cups and sit and visit at least 2x a week. Super cute little coffee shop with really yummy fair trade coffee! I had an Americano and my husband had an iced vanilla latte. Both were delicious! We also got a pumpkin spice cake with cream cheese icing made by Cafe Bluebird, and while we haven't tried it yet, the batista said it was delicious! Great place conveniently located a few blocks off the I-25! Will definitely stop here again in the future! I moved to wellington a few months ago and I love this coffee shop. Awesome for when I'm headed out of town or just going to the post office. I love all the books they have and the atmosphere is so cozy. I took away 1 start because most of the people who work there are beyond happy to see their customers and go out of their way to treat you well except one employee who has a more cold unwelcoming demeanor. I've tried to chat with her a few times when I come in to no avail so each time it just makes the interaction slightly painful and awkward. It will not keep me from coming to enjoy their delicious coffee though. Also they had a special latte last month that was one of the best lattes I've ever had. Bacon maple latte. Mmmmmm. read more

Stopped in today during a road bike ride for a smoothie and burrito and had absolutely terrible service. After I ordered, I took a seat at one of their outside tables in front of the shop so I could keep an eye on my unlocked bike. I had been here once before and had done this, and the barista brought our food out for us after getting it together so I figured I'd do the same today. I guess I was wrong. After about 3 minutes the barista came outside and asked "if I wanted my smoothie or if I was going to leave it melting on the counter". She then came out about 5 minutes later with my burrito in a paper bag and literally slammed it down on the table. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what, but despite the very tasty food I will not be back again after this service and will be sure to let my biking friends know. read more
