The doctor's waiting room was extremely dirty--from the door covered in fingerprints to the…read morecounter. The staff showed no smiles and were constantly complaining to each other. I was surprised by how many dogs were in the small waiting room. No one wiped down the chairs the dogs had been sitting on or swept up the mess on the floor. It was unsanitary. When making our appointment I made it perfectly clear as to why we were coming there. In addition, I mentioned the bruising on the leg had faded, however you can still see the outline of the bruising, in addition we had taken pictures when we first notice the bruising on her left leg. We were asked to fill out several forms on a laptop, without so much as a thank you or a smile. Once in the exam room, the assistant nurse asked us what we were there for, although I had already written on the registration tablet form. Doctor then comes in, and yet once again I had to elaborate "as to why" we were there, apparently, No communication within the registration, nurse and doctor. We were there for 40 minutes waiting room. Meeting with the doctor 10 minutes. This is unacceptable. Very disappointed. The health system is going down hill real fast.

Well, today (8/25/2026) I brought my 84 year old mom (with her walker) into the store to purchase another pair of shoes ..she lives in Lake Worth, so it is a bit of a drive. We decided to go back to this store because we both purchased New Balance sneakers in February...and the gentleman that helped us back then was very nice! Don't recall his name... But today was an entirely different experience- I see that there are other comments and reviews for the woman behind the desk- rude and unsympathetic. Lisa C. nailed it with her comments in her review. We walked in and the first thing she said was, "do you have an appointment" and I said No. I asked if my mom could get a pair of shoes and she said "No - you need an appointment- booked for the day"! Then she said quite abruptly "you should have called"...hahahaha- really... I said I was here in Feb. and we just walked in- I asked her when they changed the policy, and she said about a month ago... Unless you are a customer that visits this store every day, how would one know about this policy change? { I viewed the website before I wrote this review and it doesn't even state anything about the required appointment - except: "Appointments for medical issues are highly recommended". Actually, the main webpage states: " We're not your everyday shoe store! Call us today to see how we can help you"! Now that is a pleasant and welcoming statement- too bad they don't carry over that business model into their store.} Then I asked the woman if I could speak to the man who was helping (the one and only customer in the store), and she said "No, you can't" - Hold on whoa!! What is her attitude? Well at that point I turned to my Mom and her aide and said "we are leaving; they are very disrespectful" ...As I passed by the man, I spoke to him directly anyway...asked if he could quickly see my Mom since she is elderly and doesn't get out much....I intentionally spoke to him because unless you are my GOD, you are not going to tell me who I can or can't communicate with...I found out he is the owner and he said he has no staff and he is very ill - of course, I am so sorry for your situation, but you should fire your rude staff person and close up shop now... perhaps you just don't care how you treat people! Karma works in strange ways. Thank goodness for FLEET FEET - they were very accommodating, and my Mom was in her new pair of $150 sneakers within an hour after we left your shop. If I could convince others reading this review not to come to your store then I have accomplished one small deed. Last, Macelle L. wrote a review -she has been going to this store for over 10 years and " has read the bad reviews....The key is to always be kind and compassionate no matter what" - The owners should take her advice!

Horrible experience !!…read more Horrible experience with Dr. Levin at the Atlantis, Florida office for my foot. I could barely put pressure on it. He said to stay off it as much as possible, which I did, and it would get better. 10 days later I was back to see him bc my foot was considerably worse. He gave me a boot to wear. It helped. (new podiatrist wondered why this wasn't done at the first visit.) The next visit, no improvement, so he ordered an MRI and sent me to the wrong place. Had to go back to his office for another referral. I was using the boot and crutches at this point. Returned for another appointment after the MRI with the disk as he instructed. He wouldn't see me bc I didn't bring the MRI report which he never mentioned, and I was informed to reschedule. I was mistreated verbally by one of his assistants. His office still billed Medicare. I reported it to Medicare.The three ladies at the front desk are awesome, but once you get called to the back, beware. Don't go to this guy!!!

I asked if they took my ins. twice.. she said YES asked if she needed my number No, bring the card with you. I showed up, no greeting at the desk 2 girls. I said Hello I have an appt. When one asked for my license and ins card she said we don't take this. I said the woman I spoke to yesterday said you did I asked 2x , the other girl said Oh, that was me I must have made a mistake. Well, I am in pain and a mistake is not what I want to hear right now when I know I was specific. I work in the medical field as well so I know the importance of making sure I see a participating provider. I was told I can "JUST PAY" That was not the answer I needed. She then made a face at me and asked if I wanted to speak w/ the office manager.. sure I said... Well HELLO it's me Sara.. lol Really. If this is who they wish to represent them well I am glad I left. She is a not cut out for any position in healthcare. They may have a good reputation but a staff member like that will lose them business. Shame on her for not caring about her job enough to worry that someone was in pain and needed to be seen.
