Thankfully I easily slide into the last available spot. Walked in and everyone behind the counter was on the phone but they wave me forward. Quickly reviewed the shoes and asked for my concerns. I needed them in three days but I understood the short turn around. I pay first - cost about average for South Florida. To my surprise they call the next afternoon saying that items are complete - early! Service requested was done perfectly. If they didn't point out the corrections made I might have never known. It's now been over a month. These boots have gone dancing and still look lovely. Definitely time to leave a 5 star review on great service.

This shop…read morenot only completed the repair, but they went beyond the basic repair, matched up the metal rings to make the bag look more polished than it was when I first bought it, and sewed unobtrusive black leather patches over the canvas around the rings to make sure that the rings wouldn't tear through the canvas again. Some women have collections of purses in different sizes and colors that they accessorize daily. I don't. I seek out and acquire one sturdy but lightweight black fabric purse (with multiple pockets and compartments that can keep me organized) that I use all the time except for very dressy occasions, and generally, I use that bag for years until it's no longer usable. I set up the bag so that each pocket or compartment holds very specific items, and I become very accustomed to how it's set up. I hate having to change bags. This shop understood exactly what I needed, and went above and beyond. The next time I need that kind of repair, or any alterations, I'm coming back to this shop. The repair wasn't cheap, but it was worth every penny. They do excellent work.

Hem Over Heels expert tailor, Alex. came to my aid by snatching the waist and hemming it to the perfect length. He is truly masterful in his craft! Well, today (8/25/2026) I brought my 84 year old mom (with her walker) into the store to purchase another pair of shoes ..she lives in Lake Worth, so it is a bit of a drive. We decided to go back to this store because we both purchased New Balance sneakers in February...and the gentleman that helped us back then was very nice! Don't recall his name... But today was an entirely different experience- I see that there are other comments and reviews for the woman behind the desk- rude and unsympathetic. Lisa C. nailed it with her comments in her review. We walked in and the first thing she said was, "do you have an appointment" and I said No. I asked if my mom could get a pair of shoes and she said "No - you need an appointment- booked for the day"! Then she said quite abruptly "you should have called"...hahahaha- really... I said I was here in Feb. and we just walked in- I asked her when they changed the policy, and she said about a month ago... Unless you are a customer that visits this store every day, how would one know about this policy change? { I viewed the website before I wrote this review and it doesn't even state anything about the required appointment - except: "Appointments for medical issues are highly recommended". Actually, the main webpage states: " We're not your everyday shoe store! Call us today to see how we can help you"! Now that is a pleasant and welcoming statement- too bad they don't carry over that business model into their store.} Then I asked the woman if I could speak to the man who was helping (the one and only customer in the store), and she said "No, you can't" - Hold on whoa!! What is her attitude? Well at that point I turned to my Mom and her aide and said "we are leaving; they are very disrespectful" ...As I passed by the man, I spoke to him directly anyway...asked if he could quickly see my Mom since she is elderly and doesn't get out much....I intentionally spoke to him because unless you are my GOD, you are not going to tell me who I can or can't communicate with...I found out he is the owner and he said he has no staff and he is very ill - of course, I am so sorry for your situation, but you should fire your rude staff person and close up shop now... perhaps you just don't care how you treat people! Karma works in strange ways. Thank goodness for FLEET FEET - they were very accommodating, and my Mom was in her new pair of $150 sneakers within an hour after we left your shop. I was supposed to have received the exact same orthotics, but what I got doesn't fit my feet or my footwear. He had promised to contact me and resolve the situation but no response.
