But that wasn't what really moved me the most, it was the way that every staff member treated the residents! Every person working was truly engaged when they were with the residents. They all knew specific details about each resident and showed such respect. Not only for the residents, but for each other. Also, the detail they put into their events blew me away. I would totally trust my parents here if I ever had to consider it. It is extremely obvious that the leadership leads by example!

She stayed at my house for weeks and still no walker, no home health or anything. I called daily for a while, but they never followed through. If I hadn't already owned a wheelchair she wouldn't have gotten by!
