Now with that being said I had the worst experience I've ever had at a dispensary at my visit yesterday. It started with me having issues placing an online order. I called to explain I was having issues getting something in my cart. The associate said, "Yes we've been experiencing issues with the website but if you can come up here it will be no problem." I then gave my name and began my 15minute drive. When I got there about 20-25 minutes after I spoke to the associate, I was later informed that the ounce I wanted to purchase was sold out. I went back to exchange it, and as I was walking in, three young black men were also approaching. One stepped back and opened the door for me and then they walked in. As I'm at the counter making my exchange, the owner came out of nowhere (I hadn't seen him the first time I went) and rudely told the boys they needed to leave. I was the only other customer in the store. The owner told the young men that they had to leave because the sign on the door says, "2 students at a time". He was nasty about it. The "sign" on the door is literally a loose leaf piece of paper with some writing with a marker. He never told the young men that there were only 2 allowed in at a time. He simply told them to get out. This is where I jump in to defend the young men. It is Saturday. There was no one else in the store. They weren't bothering anybody. They genuinely looked confused. After a little back and forth between me and the owner, I told the cashier to refund me my money because if they weren't allowed to shop there, I wouldn't either. I told the young men to put back the one item they had and that we were all leaving and we did. The owner ran off to the back room like a coward. I left but I was still stewing, so I went back to confront him and recorded this time. LET'S TAKE A STANCE AND NOT SHOP THERE!!!
