Our experience getting a custom suit from this location was a lot more difficult than it had to be but the suit itself was very well made. The processed stretched over an unexpectedly long span so if you're looking at getting a custom suit, plan ahead. Now, the appointment itself was phenomenal. We were walked through every stitch, thread, and button of the suit. The owner is very dedicated to making sure the suit fits and looks perfect. We did have quite a few communication issues with the store after the suit was designed and paid for in full. They did not contact us when the suit was ready for pickup and after the fitting they did not provide us updates concerning the alterations that had to be completed on the shirt. The four stars is definitely due to the suit itself.

I was shocked that after paying for alterations, the fit was no better. On top of that, the material felt much cheaper than I expected for a suit at this price. What made the experience even worse was learning they do not offer refunds if the suit doesn't fit or if you're not satisfied. This was never explained when they recommended the alterations or took my money. I would have appreciated being told about the no-refund policy before paying extra for alterations. For the amount I spent, I expected a properly fitted suit, better quality, and honest communication. I left with an expensive suit I can't wear and a frustrating customer service experience. I would not recommend this store based on my experience.

I then reached out and found out that she works by appointments only. It is a home business and there are two rooms in the house for suits. The room was organized and the suits were grouped by category and color. Competition suits are quite expensive and these were reasonably priced and good quality. Liners were provided so can try the suits in. I tried on a few and fell in love with a color that wasn't on my list to try on. I definitely recommend this place and I will return for my next show!

Not all menwear stores are great for big guys (as in 58L) They have a really nice selection of expanded sizes as well as extra-length ties. Prices are reasonable and if you're looking for a fantastic deal on dress shirts, catch one of the tent sales. Also a good place for wide shoes and boots. In terms of men's Big & Tall casual wear, you're going to see an awful lot of polos and golf wear. But you can find some sports branded apparel if that's your thing. The men's "regular" sized casualware selection is much broader, which is actually kinda frustrating. And the women's wear is seems to be targeted toward a 50+ crowd that doesn't mind feathers, polyester and rampant rhinestoning.
