There are two rooms and apparently a staff member to speak with (though I have never actually seen anything here). I do like that they have all the upholstery options for you to see in person and feel if you want/need prior to ordering. The actual design room doen;t really ever seem to change though which strikes m as odd. Great slection and organized store. Good selection of petits and some bridal whihc is a plaus for me at the moment as I shopping for honeymoon. I do think they decor selection isn't as varried as other locations like Lenox, Alpharetta, or West Side (odd beciase there is so much oppertunity witht eh huge floorprint). Fitting rooms are big and clean with lots of seating and nooks for your personal items to not have to sit on the ground. I have never waited in line for a fitting room - though I have never been here on a weekend. Sale section could be better - again it is large but I never seem to find anything like I do in other locations. Staff is freindly but never seem to be around (possibly due to size of gthe store with the amount of walls as dividers). It doesn't bother me as I am the type to not ant to talk to anytime unless I have a question but I could see how it may be a negative for others. While perhaps the bulk of its offerings is apparel, there are also lots of gifts and home stuff available too. There's even a plant shop in the back which will make you feel (or at least me feel) like a jungle explorer, with pots and pots of exotic specimens. I knew I was going to be a fan of this place after I noticed they carried cards from an Etsy seller who sold me some darling holiday cards a couple of years ago. A very Etsy-ian establishment, so you can feel good shopping at a local store offering many locally-made items. Plus, there is no dearth of employees patrolling the floor, and they're nice too. The checkout area is at the front, off to one side. When you're tired and need to recharge, Citizen Supply even offers a bar in the center of its space.  Be a good citizen and check out the supplies at Citizen Supply!

Be sure to take a ticket from the automated kiosk after you select the 30 minute option (no credit card required). COCO + MISCHA is a small boutique that sells really pretty things. There are lots of handmade goodies, some made locally, like bowties and skinny ties. I saw jewelry, baby items, bath/body stuff, prints, cards, and more. There are also vintage and new pieces of clothing for sale, along with kitchen and barware. Prices seemed a little high for some items and reasonable for others.
