Title: Awful Experience with Oxford to You Review: I had a terrible experience with Oxford to You last night. After eating the food I ordered, (the order was incorrect but I decided out of hunger to eat it anyway.)I ended up throwing up, which was not only distressing but also made me question the quality and safety of the meal. When I called today to address my concerns, I spoke with the manager, Elle. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she refused to provide her last name and told me she was getting "bad vibes" from me--simply because I wanted to share my experience. I have had the WORST experience with Oxford to you. I ordered my food 2 hours ago and eventually cancelled my order after several phone calls where I spoke to very rude employees. I will only be using DoorDash from now on, I have never been let down by them read more

Extremely unprofessional customer service/manager and their delivery drivers LOVE to add their own tips to orders without your knowledge or consent. I had to open several disputes with my bank to fix everything after their customer support berated me for 15 minutes on the phone. DO NOT use this company whether you are a customer or a local restaurant. They WILL scam you in any way they see fit. read more

I would just go get my own food. Most drivers are fine, but some are really overly insistent about the tip and how much they are getting and if you don't want to then they get upset with you and don't bother asking management to say something because they will just tell you that you should just tip and there won't be a problem. It's not my responsibility to pay your employees. I don't mind tipping some of them, but not all of them, and I expect to not be harassed when I say no. The reviews below are the complete opposite of my MANY experiences with Oxford To You. They have gone above and beyond my expectations as far as a delivery service goes. When there is a problem with the food, that falls directly on the restaurant NOT the delivery service. I have also had bad delivery and messed up orders from El Burrito Loco, that is not the fault of Oxford to You but the restaurant neglects to read the order correctly. I also order no meat or cheese and yet that's what they send every time. I no longer order from them. BUT I have ordered from almost every other restaurant offered by Oxford to You, all have been excellent and quick! I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED OXFORD TO YOU. Being able to order from multiple restaurants on one tab is fantastic. Being able to pay and tip directly through the app is awesome! And the fact that I am supporting local businesses and townies who work for them makes it all worth while. I am so happy Oxford to You is available. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT ORDER FROM OXFORD TO YOU. I ordered a pizza and it took over an hour for them to deliver, and when the pizza finally arrived it was COLD. When I called in order to get compensation, they didn't return my call for 45 minutes, and then told me that I had to dig the pizza out of the garbage in order for them to refund my money. They seemed to have thought I was going to preserve the pizza in case they were going to call me back. I should have just gotten delivery from Rapid Fire directly or ordered from a delivery pizza place. Incredibly disappointed. read more

I ordered two pints of ice cream from Greater's today. Usually, they come with a plastic seal around the lids, and this time when I had them delivered, only one of them had a seal on it. That is concerning to me and makes me think the driver opened them. It doesn't make much sense that the restaurant would sell only one pint of ice cream without a seal on it. A nice service but they increase the restaurant prices on their OTY menu, AND add a service fee AND add the delivery fee on top of that. Those fees amounted to 30% of my entire order. Other food delivery services do NOT charge that much read more

First and foremost, if your considering useing OTY don't waste your time or money. They charge a lot for the service they supply, my food came 45 minutes later than it said it would. And when I called they proceeded to blame me even though they'd Alex the wrong number. My food was cold and there was no sauce with the order, why have special requests if you won't fulfill them. I don't think I've ever had an experience like dealing with Oxford To You. My daughter and I are vegetarians. We love to order from local Mexican places, getting options that are bean only. It never fails that when selecting bean options, we get meat. While I know this is on the restaurant, OTY sends them the orders. I can't make the last order that was correct with the bean option. Every time we have to call, and get it reordered. If OTY knows this is an issue, why do they not take steps to correct this? None the less, we've never been offered any fees waved or anything. Just extra wait times. Well today it happened again. Again, I called, and was told the correct order would be right out. A half hour later, still nothing. I called and was handed off to the owner, and it all made sense after speaking to him. They just don't care. I was told thing like "well why do you keep ordering from us" when I said it was almost always wrong. No apologies, just it's the customers fault for using their services. Then I was hung up on. I called back, and was told I could get a refund for the incorrect item, despite telling them nothing in the order was eaten so they can just pick up the whole thing. When asked why the new order wasn't brought out, I got a love toy response of "well you DO know it's a Saturday right?" as if I am a moron. The owner is the most condescending jerk I've ever spoke to. Just step up and make things right for your customer. Based on other review sites, they respond to reviews with even more attitude so I'm sure they'll try to make themselves the victim, just as they did with my experiences. I was a good customer but I cannot fathom treating a paying customer how they do. Don't use them. You're damned if you do and damned if you don't. read more
