Expensive, fair job of cleaning carpets - I didn't see or smell a difference and they could not remove old stains or new ones. Made original appointment for carpet and upholstery cleaning. Tech confirmed night before via text. I confirmed back. He didn't show for my 9am appointment. Manager tried to help. Got a different tech who told a different story than manager about missing tech. Second tech arrived 6 hrs after my original appointment. He was not professional. And he could only do the carpets, not upholstery - only one person could do that and he was missing. I canceled future appointment for upholstery. Would not recommend. read more

How do you clean a carpet without water? The young man came in with a spray bottle like the one I use to spray pesticide on my garden. He has a big clunky looking machine but I didn't see a tank for the dirty water. He idid6 rooms and was there for less than two hours. He only charged us for 5 rooms because he said he couldn't get "some stains" out. We knew the carpets were really dirty so we said ok. When I did a quick walk through I figured he had done what he could and rated him excellent because he was a really nice fellow. Then I got out my Hoover and started to work on the tough spots. But then I realized that my carpet cleaner was getting my whole carpet cleaner. The stains were still there but the carpet was obviously lighter where I had cleaned. We are on a time crunch to move and got the appointment to save us some time. But $250 later, we are up shampooing our carpets and pouring out buckets of black water. I could have done it myself and saved time and money. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I have attached pictures. read more

Save yourself time and aggravation. Call someone else. I need my carpets cleaned. I made an appointment. They are definitely not cheap, but I liked their website and I thought I would get good results. First, he showed up an hour late. No apologies. Then, he was incredible condescending. The couch I wanted cleaned is twice the price I was quoted, because it's a sectional. Okay, great. I took that off the list of things to do. Then he "inspected" the rooms. Decided they were not the company I was looking for. He said they are great at maintenance. But to actually clean, they are not the ones. I said I saw the before and after pictures, and they looked great! He said those were only under the right circumstances. What right circumstances?!?!?! Seriously??? So yeah, he just left. So if you need your carpets actually cleaned, these are not the ones for you! I've attached pictures so you can see although my carpets do need to be cleaned (that's why I called them), they are nothing more than normal wear and tear. If they can't clean this, how can they call themselves carpet cleaners?? read more

We have one year old carpet. Scheduled for 4 and came at 4:30. Spent 20 minutes on a 20x20 room. The carpet looks worse after they came to clean. The smell was not fresh and clean either. me and no return calls! Money down the drain. Management did call and reimbursement our money also offered to come and redo! read more

On Saturday, November 21st, I tried to book an appointment through the website. It was showing Thursday, Nov 26th as the earliest date that I could get service. So I called the 800 #. The woman I spoke with confirmed that there were no sooner appointments available and that Thursday was the earliest. I replied, "Thursday is Thanksgiving; are they working on Thanksgiving?" And I was assured that they were. We went ahead and booked the appointment for Thursday at 10am. I received email confirmation of my appointment shortly after. Wednesday night we went crazy emptying rooms and moving furniture, vacuuming, and making sure WE were prepared for our appointment. I was hoping they would be in and out by noon since we were having company. Thursday we waited. By 11am, when we no one showed up and we hadn't received a phone call or text, I figured maybe the crew was stuck at a house before us. By noon I was livid and called both, the 800 # and the local 704#. Both numbers gave a pre recorded message about being CLOSED. Needless to say, we were royally screwed. Our carpets were not cleaned, our house was a mess, and we were out of time. Now, I could understand if the online calendar was not updated for the holiday, but I physically CALLED and verified, with a LIVE person who assured me our carpets could be cleaned that day! A $300+ job. Imagine how much more pissed I was to receive an email bright and early the next day, Cancelling my appointment from the day prior!!! read more

We recently lost our beloved senior pup to a massive stroke, so I definitely wanted to get our carpets cleaned from the frequent little accidents she was having, before our 1 year old granddaughter crawled and toddled around on our carpets. I was able to pick a time convenient to me, in a timely manner, and was very pleased with the results! I can't actually comment on their cleaning since they never showed up for the scheduled appointment. I received an email the day after my service to tell me they cancelled it. No other explanation and no phone call (I left a message). Can't say I'd recommend based on this experience.
