Instead, he gained a customer for life for not trying to gouge me and do something that didn't need to be done. The carpets now look and smell great! As with other reviews of this company (see google) I experienced the same situation. Zenon (the owner) comes off very sincere while he is selling the job; however once you have paid him, that's over. The person he sent to do the job could barely speak English (that was the first challenge). He could never tell us when he was going to show up or not, he would just show up "whenever" to do the job (just like the other google reviewer experienced). We had colored grout installed. After it was put in I noticed there were areas throughout where the grout was white and not colored. I called Zenon numerous times to address this. He finally showed up and looked at the work. He indicated that the grout was installed incorrectly and that he would get me scheduled to have it redone. It never happened. I called for 3 months. He would answer and tell me he was: just getting on a plane, was out of town, would call me back, etc. I finally told him I was going to take action, he said fine do what you want- and his last comment to me was unbelievable, he said, "did you really think I would come back and fix this, I never do."
