We love our old house and wanted to preserve its charm as much as we could. Bruce was knowledgeable, respectful of our house, offered us multiple options so we are comfortable with the work. Bruce was the only one who found the tile that works. Raul took the plan to perfection. The tile work and grout repair work were seamless. He made sure that everything was leak-free and looked great. Even his demolition was quiet -- I had a remote meeting in the room across the hall and the demo noise did not interfere. He also cleaned up after their work very well. I got 3 estimates, and picked the guy in the middle - because Victor just gave me a great vibe - quietly competent and proud of his work. My wife was extremely concerned with dust and overspray - we have brand new custom engineered wood floors all around the kitchen, and srtwork on the walls. On the day, Victor and his assistant showed up on time, then spent almost 2 hours protecting everything. I asked if he could give us a honed finish instead of the polished look - no problem!
