The number of seams was limited and are not at all visible. Installers cleaned up completely. We had visited 3 or 4 other local carpet and flooring establishments in Northern Westchester and Connecticut. Service, selection, and pricing were the best by far at Westchester House and Home.

But when I went in alone today (without my designer), and they didn't know who I was necessarily, the owner was smug and overbearing. She made it clear they want to "help" you throughout the store, but the two people "helping" never put on masks. For me, it was uncomfortable to have two people literally breathing down my neck without wearing masks, while I was masked. When the owner made a comment about it being hard to read my face because I was wearing a mask, I left. As a cancer patient with unvaccinated kids at home during a pandemic, I shouldn't have to ask a local store worker or OWNER to mask up. I absolutely won't give business to a store actually talking badly about the fact that I'm wearing one! I'll never give them my business again.
