Junior is an absolute godsend. All the faucet parts in my shower stall needed to be replaced. However, he couldn't put in the new faucet parts until new tiles were put in, which he didn't have the expertise to do. I had to find a good tile person ASAP. Thankfully, my search led me to Junior. He responded quickly and was at my house just a few days after I reached out to him. His skills and meticulous attention to detail are outstanding. On the day of the appointment, he arrived just after 9:00 a.m. and worked on the new tiles until late afternoon--literally all day. At one point he had to go out and buy more tiles, which he didn't charge me for. He returned early the next morning to put in caulking around the new tiles, which took him an additional four hours. I'm so grateful for Junior's thoroughness. As the attached photo shows, the new tiles look fabulous--absolute perfection! I will continue to update this thread as we go through the process. Bottom Line: The project management team is sub par, workers dont speak any English, incorrect flooring installed, shoddy craftsmanship, and horrendous customer service from upper management at the Fredericksburg location. RCI Flooring has a great reputation, but the Frederickburg VA location is horrible!!! It has gotten to the point where Lawyers have to get involved for a simple $17,000 flooring job. I will detail this debacle in future posts.
