I needed 2 couches, 5 carpeted rooms, a hallway, and 2 sets of stairs cleaned. I had read raving reviews about Harris Clean Carpet Care online, so I called to get an estimate based on square footage. It was a holiday so I expected to leave a message and get a return call the next day, but the owner answered. Chris was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I was reminded of my appointments via email which I provided at booking. The morning of the appointment, I received a text that the crew was en route. Tim and Alex arrived on time and began by measuring to get an exact price which was in-line with the quote I received on the phone the week prior. These guys were so polite, courteous, professional, and cautious of furniture, walls, and decor. They were very respectful of my home - wearing footies and using corner protectors to prevent any damage from hose and cord rubbing. They put down foam blocks to protect the newly cleaned carpet from furniture bases so varnish, paint and stain wouldn't come off while the carpet dried. Tim and Alex were able to answer all of my questions regarding the cleaning process, maintenance, and general carpet care. They know their stuff and seem genuinely invested and happy to work for this company. They were grateful when they received an immediate referral as my neighbor walked by, saw the Harris Clean truck in the driveway, and asked me about the quality of their work. By this time, the guys were nearly finished with my house; I could see what an amazing job they had done with our carpet, so I was more than happy to give a ton of credit to this company - their customer service, the quality of work, and the great price. My neighbor called up Harris Clean as he walked way from our conversation! My carpeted floors and stairs look brand new and they are SO SOFT now! One particular stain I had in the living room and tried desperately to get out twice with my Bissell cleaner (to no avail) is now gone. Wow! I am a customer for life! I'm going to retire my personal carpet cleaner and have this company come out when I need cleaning. Great prices, fabulous crew, amazing results and I didn't have to lift a finger; they did it all. Besides being a neighbor to the owner of Harris Carpet Clean, I decided it was time to give them a try and see what all the hype was about. Well the hype is real my friends. I scheduled a date with them, owner calls me to tell me they can come a day earlier which didn't impact my schedule at all. They come in very professional, place down corner bump guards to protect your walls from the hoses, and do their thing! Within 45 minutes my 3 rooms looked like brand new carpet. I called on the 17th of October and he was at my house Monday afternoon as soon as I got home from work my carpets looked as clean as the day I moved in.
