Due to Covid parents aren't allowed to go in to the class to drop off and I'd have to say that was the hardest part. They supposedly have a in house nurse. She didn't see him ONCE. When we asked what they did after he got such a hit in the head they said they put water... it isn't a cut, at the bare minimum apply ice and call me. Nope. In addition, they don't allow you into the building (except when I was complaining about the fall, they made sure I went inside so other parents didn't see me and my son) and the windows are always covered, that should had been my first sign to run away. His white clothes kept coming nasty from crawling, they clearly did not take shoes off on the infant room. Finally, for pick up, you just ring, say the name of your child and a person that doesn't know me or my child brings him out to whoever takes him. What security is this??? They leave their school bags outside in the sun before pick up time, a possible "rodent" or animal chewed through my daughter's bag (I don't care about the bag but it's kinda gross to have rodents crawling my children's belongings) but according to the owner, it's impossible. So it must have been either my pet goldfishes or 3 year old son who chewed it out...since it was "impossible"to have rodents outside their building. Friday was pizza day. I gave pizza money but they miscommunicated somehow and didn't feed my daughter. When I tried to talk to the owner, she put her hand in my face and told me "it would never happen again and I had to drop it". Even if I had forgotten to pay, would it be so terrible to feed a child with the half slice of pizza you ordered if she did not have anything to eat? In the beginning of the summer, the teacher told me my son had an accident in his pants, fine, whatever, it happens with kids. Two months later, they returned a bag of soiled clothes to me. It would have been better if they just tossed it. Send in labeled lip balm and sun screen they say, it will be applied if they go out later in the day. Forget it, by the end of the summer, all my sunscreens were brand new. There were many great teachers that worked here but most have left. It's a beautiful new and clean place with lots of potential to be great, unfortunately, when you only look at $ and not use your heart to care for the children that parents trust you with, it will show right through. I spent a few seasons here because I really wanted to like it, all the parents including myself were ultimately disappointed in the management of this daycare.

This has not been my experience in the 2+ years my daughter has been there and we have had nothing but positive experiences always. My daughter has a huge personality, super sassy and energetic. She is loved by everyone, the second she walks in the door she is getting hugs from everyone, past teachers come to see her in her class room and we even get to see some of the staff outside of TT bc they love her so much. Big personalities and lots of energy grow and prosper there and to say they are unwanted is very much untrue. Cleanliness is important to them, especially with covid and they are constantly taking the necessary precautions to keep the kids safe. I watch the cameras and they have very specific cleaning routines. My daughter has come home sick only once, for high fever - and she got it from her cousin not from the school. When they called me I was 45 minutes away and it was no problem at all, they were super sweet and took care of her until I could get there. The academic program is great - my daughter comes home every day learning new things. She soaks it up like a sponge and I love how many things they do every single day. There is always reading, writing, math, science - it blew my mind when she started how much she was actually learning. I thought they would spend most of their time playing but they fit in so much! For example just today they did days of the week, months of the year, weather, a fire drill sequence, a science experiment, learned about the ecosystem and counting. To say there is little to no academic instruction is insane and bizarre to me. Lastly, Allison and Danielle are amazing. They are incredibly sweet and love on my kid so much - and we don't have to "suck up" to get that kind of attention. They answer all my emails right away and are always so kind and helpful. They plan the most fun things for the kids and are always trying to do the best for them.
