They included a "sign-in" link in the text message to confirm my appointment. All I did was confirm the appt. because I was not there to sign in. Then they sent another that changed it to "register" (instead of sign-in) and said it would take about 5 minutes. It took over 10 minutes, and then it said you need to start over. 10 minutes lost. There were many questions that were redundant and in the "none-of-your-business" category - so many that it made me suspect the I.T. person is selling information. I called and asked to speak with the manager, but it went to voicemail. I left a message, but she never called back. I then went to Yelp and looked at the reviews. Here's my experience. At the last minute dr Henley test me to tell me we have to reschedule my surgery because he is stuck in Colorado the day before my surgery due to weather. If you know you have a surgery why are you out of state?. I work and have to ask for time off for surgery. Then over 2 months have past and my hand hurts worse now than it ever did before the surgery. I scheduled a follow up and they want to charge me for a visit. I tried to talk to their billing department about it and when I said I wanted to find out why the hell my hand hurts so bad the girl hung up on me for saying the word hell. Well they can go to HELL because if I want to find out what's wrong I'll pay someone else to look at it. Greedy doctors. If your patient has an issue with the surgery you just performed why are you charging the patient for your error. I suggest don't see this doctor. read more

If you are booked with Dr. Robert A. MacLeod, DO NOT waste your time and ask for another doctor. Dr. MacLeod showed ZERO compassion for my situation, came into my appointments unprepared & unfamiliar with my case, and was EXTREMELY rude and condescending throughout. I went to this doctor about 17 years ago with knee swelling. He took X-rays and said I had an astounding loss of cartilage for a woman my age --then mid 40s. He knew: 1) that my right patella had twice been dislocated and 2) that I had audible crepitus in both knees in my teens. Recently, my usual guy who took X-rays. Turns out the joint space between my femur and tibia is picture perfect (could Hanby have maybe told me that?). The problem is that my patella are located an inch too high and an inch laterally (I knew this but the Xrays were almost comical). This confirmed what I always suspected even as early as 15 yo with no medical degree. It is called Congenital Dislocation of the Patella and it causes carilage loss at the patella at a very young age. The X ray is self explanatory and it should have been no surprise that I had this loss at mid 40s. Plus he has me worried for most of 2 decades that I had joint damage I don't have. my wife had a total knee replacement on 5 February 2025 . the surgery was fine and we have left a positive review for it. her follow-up 2 weeks after surgery was scheduled for 18 February 2025 the office called that morning to reschedule her appointment because of inclement weather. it was rescheduled to 815 am on the 20th of February. then on the 19th at 8pm we were called and her appointment was rescheduled for 10am on the 20th. then at 6am on the 20th we received an email stating that her appointment was canceled and they would be closed. later that day we found that they had sent the email in error and her appointment wasn't canceled but she missed it because of the email. now we're scheduled to have her 2 week follow-up at 3 weeks on the 25th of February assuming they don't cancel this appointment. so hopefully someday she will get a chance to see how her surgery went and that she doesn't have any problems read more

Dr Hanby is wonderful, fabulous, phenomenal! He did my husbands hip replacement and my husband walked for the first time in a year and a half. He also going to do a knee replacement for my husband, and we are beyond happy with Dr Hanby. We found Dr Hanby through another happy patient that had both knees replaced. I recently had surgery, my first. I received excellent and speedy answers to all my questions from all the helpful staff,in particular my wonderful case nurse, Karen Tanner RN. Injured my knee over a holiday when clinics were closed. Ozark Orthopedics was the only place that answered or returned my call for an appointment. Dr Macleod was able to see me within a few days and I was also offered the option of visiting their after hours clinic in Fayetteville if I felt I needed to be seen urgently. Everyone at the Bentonville facility is friendly and personable. They take time to answer all my questions and I don't at all feel like they are trying to rush through my appointments. I have never waited more than a couple of minutes to see the doctor and receive an automated phone call confirming each appointment. I will be having surgery later this month and I am very happy to have Dr Macleod and his staff handling it for me. read more

I went to the location in Bentonville. My appointment was with Dr. Hanley. My first appointment I was waiting in the office for 30 minutes at least. She asked me questions and did little tests and told me I needed an MRI. She never prescribed me pain medicine. Throughout the week I called to see if she could prescribe me any and they said I would have to wait until my next appointment. I waited the week. In horrible pain. I went back today for the results. I waited 45 minutes, she told me I have a herniated disc, asked which of the options I wanted, said she was going to call around to surgeons and she left..... and that was it. She was in there less than 5 minutes. I asked the nurse if she was going to prescribe me anything for pain and told her I had questions. Long story shorter. I was asked to leave, I was never prescribed anything for pain, and I never even made a big scene. I just kept asking why... Worst experience in a doctors office EVER!!! I have heard good things about the clinic, but this doctor is horrible! read more
