I read all the negative reviews. To start i used my roadside assistance through nationwide. They gave me an estimated time of 8:37. The guy showed up 10 minutes early in a ford ranger. He took pictures of my truck then immediately jump started my truck. He was very nice. No complaints here. read more

If I could give this place a ZERO I would!! Was connected with this company from my insurance provider for a lockout. Called them and gave the SPECIFIC instructions as to where to meet me because I am at work in a huge work building. The sent two drivers out and neither time was my message conveyed to the drivers about the meeting location. Thankfully, I caught the second driver before he left! While I was standing outside looking for the second driver, it started raining. Needless to say, I will be spending the rest of my day in and out of meetings with wet feet!! 2 hrs for a battery jump is crazy....then beware of the bad attitudes if you try and call and get an update. Do not call these people if you are in a jam and need help quickly. MY insurance Progressive choose to use this company to provide roadside assistance. The company claimed to not be able to find my location, and claimed to have called to determine where it is. they did not. when progressive called to get an update they said that they had closed the job. i have now been sitting here for 2.5hrs on the side of the highway waiting on someone to change my flat. from the reviews already given this company seems like a scam and needs to be shut down. the new roadside assistance mentioned knowing who I was referring to after explaining what had happened. he was correct in his guess of Ozark. beware! read more

This has got to be the absolute worst towing company I have ever dealt with in my life!!! I requested a tire change through State Farm and this is who they chose. I called in a request a 7:00 AM. Waited over an hour and I called the towing company for him to tell me the driver had an emergency and there were sending someone else and they were about 30 mins out. State Farm User Experience team rescheduled out and I expressed my concern with them. Honestly, I feel like it will go nowhere and they will continue to use this piss poor company. My husband made a call to a local towing company near our location and the guy was there in 15 mins. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OZARK TOWING for nothing!!! this is the worst towing service I've ever had to encounter. They told me it would be 60 to 75 minutes. I waited two hours call back. They said it would be another 45 minutes. They wouldn't give me the technicians number so I had to call some 888 number. Call back then they would just answer and sit on the phone and not reply. The estimated wait was well over 2 hours to unlock my car when the key was inside. In winter. I called and confirmed it would be this long or even longer because they were very busy. My family and the police would be much faster so they are not a viable and reliable service provider. read more

Avoid this place for service. My insurance contacted them after I hit a pothole on my way home from school in the dark, causing the passenger-side tire to rapidly lose air. I was stranded in a poorly lit area and waited over two hours they never showed up. In the end, my husband had to come and change the tire himself. read more

State Farm called them to come and change a flat tire at my home. I gave them instructions on where the car was since I live in apartments. When the man got there he called to say he was in the back. I went outside and said, "sir, I don't see you" he said he was by the garages. I said "there are a lot of garages here". He proceeds to tell me he is by a creek and I say "I have no creek by my building but let me come out front to see if I see you". This whole time he is huffing and sighing and has a bad attitude. I go outside front and I say "is that your blue suv?" and he said yes ma'am like I said I was already out here in the back - he had a real attitude at this point. I said "this is the front and sir you do not need to be disrespectful and rude to me." At this point he is by me and rolls down his window and says that I can find someone else to change my tire. I went into the house reported him to State Farm and they sent someone from another company out. I have never been treated so poorly for a service I was requesting. Requested tire change roadside assistance from Progressive and were given the request to Ozark. Called several times and each time was a different ETA. 1hr, then after that 45min, then 1hr 15 min, then 30min, then after the total 3 hrs and 30min and waiting a bit longer we finally got fed up and called again and they asked us to wait another 2 hours. Over the insurance companies using the lowest budget people they can get as they are also they least reliable. Probably only reason this place is even in business as I don't see any sane person contacting on their own accord and having to pay for this unreliable company! All I had was a flat that needed a change and was given a 51-105 min time range (not ideal that there is that big of a middle ground) but the insurance gives you notice they will be arriving in 1 min because they are still counting down and this company is no where to be found. Don't answer your calls (or hang up on you). Insurance companies need to start using reputable companies and stop keeping these unreliable people in business! FYI they never showed. When asked if we could do something else said had to call his supervisor (who didn't exist) then hung up on me and didnt answer his phone again. Royals Gibson responded to my call for roadside assistance from Travelers at around 830 pm. 2 hr after my call for a tire change and said he had a wrong address. I accepted his excuse and gave him the write location. He lied and said he was on the way. 3 1/2 hrs later $40 dollar showed up and solved the problem in 15 minutes. I would never recommend Ozark Roadside LL. Tanks to Josh! Roadside assistance sent out Ozark Roadside when I first call it was about 5:15 eta was 95 to 115 minutes. After waiting he did not show up. I called the company hotline they was extremely rude. I told the lady it was getting dark, I was scared and I was having panic attacks. She told me to dial 911 and ask them to help me with my tire since I was having panic attacks. I called liberty mutual to tell them how long I was waiting they resubmit the request and I got the same company and etA. After calling begging them to send another towing service they put me on hold for a long period of time. I get a email it was the same company. My insurance company stated they call that towing company was also put on hold and nobody came back to the phone. I get another email it was from the same company. ETA again was 95 min. Long story short liberty mutal finally cancell ozark. call Ingram fleet my eta was 30 min. They came 20 Taylor was Very professional. I'm exhausted now I have to go to work! read more
