Cute, neighborhood brewery in downtown Ozona. You park in back in a dirt/gravel lot. It is lit up. The interior decor looks like Key West. One observation: A support for the roof is right in the middle of the tap area. I found the bartender to be friendly, which scores high marks in a brewery. We sat outside, trying to avoid cigarette smoke. I'd like to see a ban on those vile cancer sticks. That aside, I enjoyed our visit and will return. read more

Ozona Brewing Company - Patio area. - Breweries Near Me - Palm Harbor, Florida

We have been waiting for this brewery to open up since we learned about it back at the 2020 Brewers Guild. Since then some things have changed with the owners/brew master but we were happy to see it finally open up. Parking it behind the brewery so drive slow or you'll miss it and it is a one way. Out front they have ample seating areas to enjoy a brew or two outside on nice days. Inside is an eclectic mix of colors and designs all the way down to the chairs. They have two bar areas that you can sit at, a pool table and a small stage. The beer list includes 5 of their own beer and then a large list of guest taps. I have seen this at many baby breweries that just opened but I do hope they quickly expand their own beers. They did not have anything of their own that is my style but Ben was able to get a flight (4) to try theirs. They have a special on flights that include their beers. We are not sure if the Hazy batch was off or not but it had a strong metallic after taste to it. I don't like hazys but know how they should taste and it was bad enough Ben wouldn't take another sip and asked for it to be replaced with their brown. We did tell the beertender about it and she tried it to see but she doesn't drink hazys either so wasn't too sure but said she would let the brew master know. Service was great! Beers were great! I love that they were open till midnight on a Sunday. The crowd was good. There's a little stage for music and the outside area looks perfect to chill with friends and your dog a little bit more of a local spot I love it, and we'll definitely a come back through. read more

Nasty bartender. Embarrassed my husband and our daughter. Went for a drink with some of her friends all 21 years old. He refused to serve them. Saying I AM NOT DEALING with OUT OF STATE ID's. This is a vacation destination. And all were in town to attend Gasparilla. Very poorly handled by the bartender. Maybe he needs to be educate in the art of real and fake Id's so this doesn't happen to others. Not a big underage drinking location. Oh and they all left reviews that were somehow taken down. So not sure how this works if customers reviews can just be removed. ‍ when owner doesn't like them. read more

BEST CHICAGO DOG IN THE STATE!! As an original Chicago native and a hotdog eating connoisseur, I've eaten thousands of Chicago dogs in my life (yeah I'm in my 50s) After 20 years of trying bogus "Chicago hotdogs " here Florida, I finally found the real deal. If you want a real Chicago dog from an owner who's from Chicago try this hidden menu gem. Poppyseeds, Vienna beef, neon relish, sport peppers, etc. it has it all. (Be sure to ask for celery salt if you like) Great vibe and live music on some nights. I personally let the owners know that they have the holy grail of Authentic Chicago Hotdogs available at the most unexpected place!! Thank you!! read more

I would hardly call this place a brewing company. They offer about 15 beers and only one beer is their own (they had two of their own on the menu but they were out of one). The bartender was very nice. The beer was average. read more

Ozona Brewing always has great live music along with a variety of microbrew selections and several nearby food places to choose a meal from!

The food was good, however my friend and I went to an event thrown by the restaurant and they played very offensive music that used slurs, including the "R" slur. Will not be returning, as I do not support bigotry. read more

Cool spot but only had ONE of their own beers on tap. Beertender was kinda rude. Not friendly. And will clean or put away everything she needs to do before serving you. Across the street from a cool Irish bar! Go there instead! read more

First time visit living in the area 18 years, frequent place across the street thought we would give this venue a shot. Disappointed to say the least. Vodka served from airplane bottles, yes you read it correctly. Very few mixers, sprite etc. no table service. Place not really setup well, enter through ghost door in back if parking, not sure of the vibe trying to be. Stayed for a few hours out front certainly no shortage of weed smell coming from inside on several occasions. Not sure families would appreciate this environment. read more

Horrible place. Bar tender very rude to my friends and I. Tried giving this place business and he denied us because we have out of state ids. All of us were willing to go to extreme lengths to prove our age and he just walked away and ignored us. Crazy to think we'd get fake vertical ids. Never going back and hope this makes people not go. I brought my friends to visit my parents for the weekend. Big mistake on my part to try to bring them to this garbage establishment. Wouldn't take our REAL ID's because we were all out of state. Average. Parking is interesting out back. Golf cart parked on the sidewalk. Music was overly loud and we were there to see them. Not the best set up. The indoor "patio" aka snook type area is really off. A doorway to nowhere. I get what they are trying to do and the bar area is nice. Well attended. It just is not put together very well. read more

I do not recommend going to this bar. They are very rude and disrespectful. I went to it with my hometown friend and her roommate's on our vacation and we were denied since we're from different states, even though we are all 21. So if you're not from Florida don't bother going there it's a waste of time and money. read more

Well..Not your typical brewery. Very limited on brewed beers. The live music is very loud, and not good! Today for example, the bar is packed at Ozona Pig and MollyGoodheads but only 3 here at the Ozona brewery. Old man singing outside not very good, very loud with a speaker inside. Can't have a conversation with your party because of this music. Lucky lobster in Dunedin does the live music right. They have them way in back and turned down so you can still talk. It's an ok place but don't drive to it like your favorite locals joint! read more

Though Parking was nightmare , We went on a week night , The place was busy , But , So many kids running around un supervised , Sees odd for a brewery to have pre teen kids running around patio area , Did not care for the political stickers either . Love the ozona brew! They have a number of rotating beers of their own but also provide popular local beer from other area brewery's too. Great patio area with tropical shade and is right on orange street which makes for great people and dog watching! Hope they increase their catalogue of beers. read more
