There used to be cheaper places but now everyone is pretty even in cost, and with the service you get here, even if other places are a little cheaper... this is where you want to go. As of today, 9/5/2025 it is $25 (which matches their signage) for an emissions test. I got there around 8:30am and there were no other cars (they can run two tests simultaneously in their outdoor, covered service bay). The two guys working were super nice (the workers in past years have been as well!) and good with conversation without being a chatty or making your test take longer. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. I'll be back next year!
