The groupon included them coming to me, but instead he made me come to their service station lying the place was outside the perimeter when I was just c couple of miles away. Got the car ' detailed', or so I thought. At first glance the car looked clean but upon detail inspection, I noticed lots of things not done correctly. He did not clean the car seats. There was stuff coming out from within the seat gaps. There were stains, and streaks on windshield. He didnt even open the trunk! And upon questioning the service, he ***loudly screamed**** at me for a good 10 mts and asked me to leave!!!

I had to reach out multiple times, only to be met with delays and excuses. When I finally expressed my frustration about the unprofessionalism, the owner became defensive and argumentative instead of apologizing or attempting to fix the situation. In the end, he refused to complete the service and told me to get my money back because I didn't want to listen to more excuses. I'm highly disappointed because I try to support Black-owned businesses, but this company does not reflect the professionalism and quality that should be expected. Save your time and money--look elsewhere for better service.

Habib, I believe to be the owner, was the person helping me out. I initially failed the test but he encouraged me to go out and drive some more and come back and retest. When I failed the second time he was very calm and again encouraged me to just go drive for a while, he would wait and get me through until I passed. third time was a charm! I appreciate that he does the testing through 9 p.m. and I will go out of my way to be tested there from here on out. I know mechanics always tell you to go out and drive your car until the computer goes through its testing. If you are having any problems you need to go there and ask for Habib. I thank you so much

In close to a decade going there one part went up in price by a few dollars from the time I spoke to them to the time I got the repair without them having yet seen my vehicle (another place did the diagnostic and I didn't trust them). They informed me of the price change and got permission to go ahead with the fix. This is more than made up by them times I've shown up with my car going "what's going on" and them telling me what I need to do is "x" for a lot less money. I've never has anything break after they worked on my vehicle. They will respect your choice to go with oem or aftermarket parts

An oil chance should never cost more than $200 even if you're ripping people off. If you go over that you better be asking people if they want what you're doing to take their money! They took two hours when I was expecting one, so I was getting late to get back to work and couldn't stand around and argue, I'm so pissed at this place.
