However, the "sauces" that each dish came with were literally just bland broth, no flavor, like the just poured low sodium broth on top of pasta. Hopefully their chef beefs up the sauces a little bit, they shouldn't be watery & tasteless. The only shortcoming was the table syrup, which was generic. An offer of pure Grade B maple would have made this a near perfect ensemble.
