Had my car detailed this past week. Ozzy was very prompt in his responses when setting up the service. Arrived early. Was communicative about when he'd be there and what he needed (very little, just my keys and an outlet!). He spent over 8 hours working on all the different aspects of the detailing job and was very thorough in his work. My car has been through 5 years of three baby/toddler/elementary school aged boys. Let's just say I needed help. Ha! I would highly recommend him. The price point seemed in line with others I had inquired with for the same type of work. $295 for the regular detail, $395 for the upgrade. I like Jescar Power Lock Sealant. It gives my car an incredible shine and lasts and lasts. Some detailers in the past only want to use their own products. Used Ozzy's service last year for my 2013 Civic with Jescar and the car looked like new when finished. Now I have a 2025 Tucson and it was ready for a detail. A few notes from my dealings with Ozzy: - Ozzy is a very young man who is growing his client base - do not judge him on his youth, he is an incredibly hard worker and is more detailed than any other detailer I have experienced in the past - he even went out of his way to repair my driver's seat panel in one of my cars without me requesting - he prices based off of industry standard but works with you so if you feel like his initial quote is too high, you can negotiate to what you feel is fair but don't take advantage him... he won't let you anyway! After he started pulling out a hose and other equipment straight out of his trunk to assist with cooling down my car's radiator.
