However, after that-No issues. Till today. I usually wear my seatbelt while going through (this is important to note) and wipe down my car. This time I didn't and didn't think anything. I was cleaning and the car kept going into Park. The older man at the entrance of the car wash was yelling at me to keep it in Neutral. I was telling him it was but that I think the machine is doing something g to put the car in Park. I got it heck into Neutral and he started it again. Same thing-Went not even a full tire rotation in the car wash and boom, Park. Now he throws down the water hose he had on his hand, slams on the emergency shut off and starts talking ish under his breath. I open my door and ask for someone (else) to help. Sorry sir, yo entiendo! Rude. I tell him again, I'm not doing anything. Another man comes (he's shorter and younger and always VERY nice when I'm here) and he tells me it's cause I opened the door. I said no. It did it before that and I wasn't going anything to the car. I said come inside with me. He said, don't worry. Then he said are you moving. I said, yes. I always do. Then he said your seatbelt! I said, what about it. He told me when you take it off and move, the car will do that. I said ohhhh. Thanks! They restarted and in fact, if you have your seatbelt on and move-No big deal. But take it off and-You can't move if your car will auto Park. That older man was plain ol rude and not cool. If I was a younger person, that would've made me freak out and possibly cry. Be better.

I have the basic membership, which recently went up by like $6 so I tried to cancel but was offered $9/month for the next 3 months.

I went Sunday and last night. The service was great during both visits. The service is actually always great whenever I go get a wash. The associates can be of good service when needed. Lately, the quality of service has declined drastically. Today is a perfect example. My vehicle is consistently not being vacuumed properly. I've had to personally move my seats to make sure the areas underneath are vacuumed, which should already be part of the basic service I'm paying for. When I brought this up to Chris, he told me they're "not detailing" my car. I explained that I never asked for detailing -- I simply expect the vacuuming included in my package to be done correctly. What made the experience worse was the customer service. Instead of addressing the concern professionally, Chris responded with comments like "you're getting the same service as everybody else" and "nobody else is complaining." With that kind of attitude, I find that hard to believe. Customers should not have to inspect and correct basic services that they are paying premium monthly fees for. And honestly, why would I tip when I have to move my own seats just to ensure the floors and mats are vacuumed properly? Very disappointed with how much the quality and customer service have declined.

You do get your money's worth as the car usually comes out well rinsed and washed of any built up dust. The vacuums and pressurized air machines work nicely when trying to clean out dirt and crumbs out of your car. I've been to other car washes where the vacuums just weren't strong enough and couldn't pull out dirt from the car's seats. I've been coming to this car wash pretty regularly for the past two or three years. I think that…read morethe machine machines do a decent job of cleaning your car and what I've always liked is that the vacuum is really strong and gets the job done in a short amount of time. However, I will no longer be returning because their employees are incredibly disrespectful to customers. I get it, it's a car wash so I'm not expecting five star service, but I'm also not expecting to be actively disrespected and treated as if I'm an annoyance for just being there. When I came up to the kiosk to pay one of their employees came over and just kind of stared at me as I was trying to pay. He didn't say hi or greet me or in any way offer help. He just stared and watched it as I did it. Creepy. I didn't ask for any help or wave him over so I have no idea why he came over to my car as I was paying at the kiosk. Once I selected my car wash, I was about to pay and he started doing annoying things like tapping the area to indicate that I needed to tap my credit card there. I can read and I don't really need you to babysit me at the kiosk. The tab didn't work so then he tapped on the part of the chaos where you can insert your credit card. Again, he hasn't even said a word to me. He's just tapping with his finger as if I'm not even a human being that he can talk to. I inserted it and it doesn't work. He then sighs and shakes his head as if he's my parent and I'm his child that he scolding. I called him out immediately and I said "why are you shaking your head?" He mumbled something and then just backed off and went behind a wall so that I could no longer ask him questions. It's obvious that he thought he could add in these little nonverbal cues to show his annoyance without any consequences. He clearly thought I wasn't gonna call him out on it. I drove through the car wash and then afterwards confronted him and said that it was incredibly disrespectful for him to shake his head and tap his finger at me that entire time. He first acted as if he had no clue what I was talking about, and then switched stories and said it was because he was busy helping other customers, and I was taking too long. I was literally the only one in my lane. What other customer could he possibly be needing to rush off to help? Even if I was delaying him that doesn't mean it's OK to tap it things at me instead of talking to me and then sigh and shake your head as if you're just so smart and you just hate how customers are so stupid. It's really evident that they don't respect their customers here, they've increased their prices regularly every single year so it's really not worth going anymore. One day he's gonna tap his finger and shake his head at the wrong person.
