Jen went above and beyond to help me look for them. Unfortunately, I was not able to find them after looking through the vacuum bins. She took my information down and told me she'd give me a call back if she found them. The following day, she gave me a call back around 11AM-12 PM notifying me she had found my earring. I was super relieved, considering these were a gift from my family member and hold sentimental value to me. I picked them up later that day and was assisted by another helpful employee. Like another yelper mentioned, it was a little confusing trying to figure out where the touch-free car wash bay was. It's on the far left side. The right side are the self-wash bays. Thankfully there was no line when I got in and their night special had just started. $13 instead of $15 (I think). Pros: I love that it's truly touch-free AND there's no rail you need to drive onto. When I had a lowered car with nice wheels, I couldn't and didn't want to go through those car washes. This is simply driving into the designated area until it tells you to stop. Cons: Let's face it. There's nothing really agitating the dirt and grime and the detergent/foaming stuff isn't really given a chance to do anything to the filth on the car. It literally gets sprayed onto the car and almost immediately gets rinsed off shortly after. To be honest, I don't think it even uses enough detergent. End result? Lots of flecks of dead bug guts, bird poop, and certain panels still dirty with dust and road grime. For $13 I wasn't expecting much and I'm actually content despite its lackluster job at cleaning the car because it was better than letting my paint rot away with weeks old road grime. All in all, don't expect it to give you a quality car wash. The trade-off is that it is completely touch-free and doesn't matter if your car is modded/lowered. For $13, why not?

We went over the problems together in detail and in the end he rectified my concerns, but also went above and beyond. The finished tint looks great, and the front windows are dark enough for the privacy I wanted without going overboard. While I was there, Steve also repaired some curb rash on one of my wheels. If the policy is truly about certain cars being "too low," then why was the BMW right in front of me allowed through? After years of being a customer, this is how you lose one. The charge is $4 for 5 mins BUT the charge and timer will continue UNLESS you stop it. So pay attention and don't forget to stop it (hit the green button) when you are done. I like this better because I don't feel rushed, but of course more money you're spending as you use all the functions. They offer free vacuum, just scan the QR code posted on each machine and it will ask for your number. You can pick either you want a free vacuum or an item from the vending machine. Overall, I like this carwash. It's not crowded and more options from the car wash. Will be coming here regularly!
