Fortunately, the one person who was truly professional, responsive, cordial and honest was Freddie. 1) Communication: Freddie will respond to all your questions and concerns in a timely manner through Yelp chat, text messages and phone calls. He is respectful and very thorough in his estimate and work completed. He sends before, during and after photos to ensure accuracy of his job. Lastly, he comes on time and makes sure to complete the job with quality. 2) Job: I would say his job is top notch. He is very detailed in his work, making sure everything fits perfectly because he backs his work with warranty. He did a great job with the custom modification of my old kitchen cabinets to fit the brand new oven. He also hauled away the old oven and cleaned up after himself. 3) Pricing: I would say his pricing is reasonable because you always want a certified contractor to do a great job especially when installing an oven which you don't want to skim money on for a cheap job. He did throw in the free additional parts needed for the oven to work. He went above and beyond to make sure tenants and myself were satisfied. To busy for the small ones i guess.
