Well things started out good. Jon cane and installed two ceiling fans in my house. The first one had no problems the second one began rattling worse than the one I was replacing within minutes. I reached out to him and he came back quickly, did a few things and shortly thereafter it was rattling even worse! I contacted him again and told him I would even pay him to come back and make it stop rattling as we were desperately trying to cool off this room without the horrible rattle. He told me he would fix it free of charge but he was busy for the next three days. I gave him a week and texted him, no response. Another week, no response. A third week, no response.
