Mr. Mullins' quoted price was fair, he was available within a week, and he had good reviews on Angie's List, so I made an appointment for him to come on a day that my wife would not be working. He was in our home for about 45 minutes from start to finish, and told my wife that the charge was $150. She resisted, but Mr. Mullins was creepy and pushy, and so she wrote him a check for $150, then called me at work. I immediately called Mr. Mullins on his cell phone for an explanation, but he did not take my calls. I left two voicemails, with my cell and work number, and he refuses to take my calls or to call me back. He also ran to the bank and cashed his check immediately. In short, he charged double the quoted price and took advantage of the fact that my wife did not know the details of the quote. Do not trust this electrician.

They were very detailed oriented and gave me a lot of their time during the estimate to troubleshoot the issues. They were punctual, organized, priced competitively and did an amazing job. A few days later they called me and told me I needed to call the power company and get a work order number and that they would be here on the date they had scheduled to do the work. I got the work order number for them and on the day they were supposed to do the job, one guy showed up with a tape measure and some gal. A few minutes later he knocks on the door and says he has to run over to Lowes and that he will call me when he is on his way back. I spent the rest of my day waiting for him to call or to return which never happened. A few days later they call me and tell me that I am scheduled for this update on April 19th...a full month AFTER the original date they were supposed to do the work. Today, April 19th, the power company shows up to disconnect the power for them. I was told by Quinn Electric that they would be here at 8 a.m. The power company sat here till 9:20 waiting for them and then had to leave for another appointment. As I sit here writing this review, it is 10:14 and they are still a no show. I've called several times, left messages, the power company tried to call them and got their voice mail. If this is what honesty has become in West Virginia, shame shame.
