From the start, their consultant, Stephen M., came out and provided helpful education, a thorough walkthrough, zero pressure, and a timely quote for several different product options. Munz ultimately provided the best quote among the three local companies that came out. Eric G., their general manager, also came out to review the plan and clearly outlined the steps they would take to protect our garden beds during the siding removal and installation. That level of communication and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence going into the project. Project Manager Chris and installer Oleg then completed the project in 9.5 days, which was even half a day ahead of their original 10-day estimate. Chris checked in every day to see if we had any questions or concerns, and Oleg's work was outstanding. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were top notch, and he spent at least a half hour cleaning up every day before leaving. One thing that really stood out was that Oleg took the time to point out how well the previous siding job had been done when the house was built about 40 years ago. He noted that the original wrapping had been applied with meticulous precision, which helped explain why there was minimal water damage to the existing boards. That honesty was appreciated, especially because there was never a moment where the crew attempted to upsell us on unnecessary work. Overall, Munz was professional, honest, communicative, and highly skilled from start to finish. I could not recommend this company enough. It's 6 months later and I'm still finding old tar paper around the property and no response from Gorski constructions. I haven't been on the roof to check the guttering to see how much tar paper is in them. If you hire them check every inch of your property to make sure nothing is broken and everything is cleaned up. Would I ever use them again I doubt it.

Jenson came by to look at the roof and said he would send someone to reattach the siding. That was December 3rd. I have reached out to the company several times but get no response. They promised a quote for the roof job and that was never delivered. I guess I have to call another company and pay to get my siding reattached. They do a nice job, but obviously don't care once the work is complete. If this is how they treat a return customer I can't recommend this company.

I had my gutters replaced a few years ago with another company I found through Yelp and was quite…read morepleased with the work they did. Unfortunately, the corners of the largest section have turned into water faucets that were always on. I tried my own DIY projects to get it turned off, but was unsuccessful. It was finally time to call in the pros. I found Made in America Roofing also through Yelp. They were local to me and also part of the Yelp Project Guarantee program. I was pleasantly surprised that Joe got back in touch with me within a few minutes of my initial Yelp contact. He was out to my house the same day and we discussed the project and some other roofing issues I had. He had a written estimate in my hands within two days, and the project was completed within the week. My multiple corner piece gutters are dry! He took off my gutter guards from my old gutters and put them on the new ones. We added a second downspout and you can clearly see that the pitch is correct. For my other roofing issues, Joe was able to see some possible areas where rain may have been coming in and causing a shower inside my house. He even showed me pictures he took to explain what he saw could be problematic. He caulked the areas and so far I haven't had water coming from the ceiling lights. I did not get any other quotes. The price I was given I thought was fair and reasonable. I also had a concrete patch hole in my garage fixed by Made in America Roofing. Joe had his mason guy come to do that project for $150. Joe and his helper, Vlad, completed the project in a few hours. I couldn't believe how much sludge was inside the gutters. Just shows how much they weren't pitched and draining properly. Now my gutters are doing the correct job. Communication was excellent, price was fair, and he put in the extra help for my roofing problem that he did not try to get me to do a replacement or work that was not necessary. I'm always about helping out local businesses. He's been doing roofing for over 10 years. I'd highly recommend you check out Made in America Roofing for your needs.

IF YOU ARE A SINGLE WOMAN PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SOMEONE WITH YOU. I hired these people back in 2023 do replace gutters and facial board, told Olga exactly what I wanted done. Didn't get what I wanted. Olga never once came out during the job. I had 3 no calls no shows the week the job was to start . I had to deal with someone who didn't speak or understand English. One guy urinated in my backyard. I had a down spout taking away and not replaced. I had damage to my camera, vent up by the attic, soffet and never said nothing. Tried emailing numerous times and nothing They blamed Elizabeth the secretary for not doing her job. I wrote 2 reviews in the begining of 2024. Well the phone calls started coming in. Giovanni. came out and told me he would make good of everything and I believed him. He was so nice he even called to see if everything was ok BUT he had a MOTIVE. He did fix the problems and Replaced my $500.00 security camers with 2 $80 security light./camera and now I have to pay a yearly fee. They do not work right they do not capture anything by the curb/mail box of my house or after 5pm. I was never given a receipt for these camera. Left him several text messages to please help and walk me though the camers and checking out the first panel of the garage door which he told me he would but heard nothing. His MOTIVE for being nice was to have me take down the BBB and YELP review but as soon as I did that was the end of him helping me.
