This company did our neighborhood in Kimberton and billed the insurance companies based on hail damage claims. I had to call them back 4 times due to leaks. They are responsive and do remediate the issues but work should be done correctly the first time. Roofs are not rocket science. They did not put drip edge on my roof. Clear code violation and bats got in my attic.They came back and put drip edge under the first course of shingle. Not under the ice shield. They said that was correct. We all know it isn't correct. It was a patch because to do it properly in a craftsman manner you start from the fascia and work to the ridge. Don't use this company. They are insurance greedy and not roofing craftsmen. Getting a new roof? No problem. Have a problem with that roof? Good luck. Been trying for months to get a call back to repair our leaky roof. Our ceiling is compromised and no one EVER returns a call. No one is ever even in the office. You always get the answering service. And if you have an employee's number, as we do, they also don't respond to texts or calls. Once they have your money the warranty means nothing. They do not stand by their work. They do not care about customers. Not sure what we are going to do. read more

Do not use this company. In summer of 2024 while installing my roof, their workers showed careless disregard for my (very basic) landscaping and lighting, that had been installed just two months prior to the installation of the roof. Because they haphazardly threw old roof shingles onto the landscaping, two lights were damaged, and no longer worked. I had been in contact with the original sales person, Jim Kovack, who assured me that the cost to repair the lights would be taken care of. The bill was sent multiple times SINCE SEPTEMBER 2024; as of this writing, it has not been paid, and the salesperson has ceased responding to my texts. There is a huge variety of roofing companies in this area (Northeastern PA). I strongly advise AGAINST choosing this company. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes. read more

I did quite a bit a research on roofing prior to hiring USA Roof Masters. I contacted 12 different roofing companies before choosing USA Roof Masters. Most other companies were really vague about the materials they would use. USA Roof Master proposal was very detailed and specified the exact Owens-Corning materials that were to be used. Tom even provided samples of each roofing component used. They not only offered the best price but they are an Owens-Corning Platinum Installer and offered a 25 year workmanship / 50 materials warranty . I really liked the innovative design of the Owens-Corning Sure-Nail Duration shingles and picked the new 2019 Black Sable color and I'm very please with my decision. The roof looks great. The crew that did the installation were great. They arrived right on time at 7am and finished around 9pm. These guys worked hard all day and were meticulous with the cleanup. They even did my shed roof with the leftover materials and let me toss my old TV's in their dumpster. I highly recommend USA Roof Masters. Tom was great to work. read more

USA Roof Masters did a roof replacement on my house which included a tear off of the old. Because they did not take adequate protective measures and were careless, they caused considerable damage to my property, including to windows, gutter guards, paint trim, and shrubbery.  After much subsequent communication with the production manager, Bob Kovak, who strung me along for months, when I then found out he'd left the company, I dealt with Tom Kovak Jr.  Following further rehashing of the situation, we came to a settlement whereby Tom agreed to send me a COC (Certificate of Completion) and register the 50 yr. Owens Corning Platinum Protection Warranty.  Four months on, Tom has failed to follow through despite numerous telephone and email requests to do so.  Besides the ongoing hassle, frustration and time consumption, if I am going to have any warranty from Owens Corning by making personal contact, it will only be for 10 years.  In the meantime, I have submitted a complaint to the BBB, about which I await a response. read more

USA Roof Masters did an excellent job on my roof. I interviewed four roofers and it came down to the lifetime warranty on the roof and the product. I believe that the Owens Corning roofing material is excellent. They were the only Platinum rated company that quoted on the Owens Corning roof. The workers were superb. Kudos to your crew! The day the roof was installed was 90 degree in a scorching sun. They arrived at 7:00AM, worked a long day, cleaned up all the debris, then swept with roller magnets for odd nails that missed the tarps, the foreman did a recheck to make sure everything was satisfactory before leaving at 5:45PM. I would highly recommend USA Roof Masters to anyone that needs a new roof. read more

Did not meet expectations after contract signed. Very messy install and poor communication and quality control. They allow rain to come into my house and damage it during the install because despite their claim, no one was on site supervising the roof installers. And apparently speed is all they care about because until I called the manager, the roofers were going to keep installing. Aside from that, they popped a nail through a window (how do you miss that bad) and I had to cleanup about 20 nails from the downspout after a rain storm. They were supposed to flush the gutters. They also offer a 250 dollar referral but I still have not received it or a response from them after I referred my neighbor. read more

Starting last fall I began pricing out exterior work on my house (siding and roof) when I heard the 97.5 Fanatic USA Roof Masters, "We'll beat any price promotion". Tom the sales manager came out and looked at my home and the other quotes I received and beat the heck out of any other bids I received! Tom was very detailed and thorough thru the whole process making sure that we were completely satisfied with our choices, pricing, and that all of our questions and concerns were addressed. Our decision process took some time, a lot of time, almost six months! Tom stayed in constant contact with us and stood by the estimate he quoted the first time we met. Once we signed the contract with USA Roof Masters Tom and Bob worked with us on the scheduling and estimated time the project would take over the next few weeks. They were very detailed oriented in letting us know each step of the process and giving us daily updates. As the project went along a few additional recommendations were given that would only enhance the house both from a visual standpoint and home efficiency. They took the time to explain the pros and cons and give their professional input which made me feel they cared for me as a homeowner and not just trying to make another sale. All of their input made for a beautiful finished product that has made me and my family extremely satisfied (not to mention all the compliments we now receive from the neighbors). The lead foreman Billy and his crew were very detailed oriented making sure the finish product was what they would want on their own home. Without any hesitation I would recommend USA Roof Masters for anyone looking to have a new roof or exterior work completed.
