He was really fair about pricing and honest enough to not charge me for a diagnostic. After he left, I was still having issues with my cooling system. I texted him, got a fast reply, and he was back at my house within a couple of hours. He burped my radiator and let me take a test drive to make sure things were running smoothly, and they were! Homeostasis finally achieved. Too many companies these days with a "not my problem" attitude after a transaction is complete, so I was beyond thrilled to find a mechanic that stands by his work from start to finish.
