The first one was professional and just couldn't get close to what I could afford. I did notice he didn't take any measurements. The second manager wasn't any help at all and tried to talk me into making installment payments. I couldn't get it through his head that I couldn't afford to make monthly payments And at my age who would want to or afford to. He left very perturbed. He also didn't take any measurements or give me a price. I was very discouraged and really didn't think that I was going to get anew shower. Then Tony arrived. I explained what had happened on the first 2 appointments He immediately put me at ease . He explained the differences between the products that the other 2 companies used and his products. We then checked out the bathroom .Tony explained what the plumber and installer would do. He also checked out the Cellar to make sure there wouldn't be any problems down there. Tony taken all the measurements before going to the Cellar. Then he wrote up the qoute explaining The configuration and parts that were being ordered. I was very excited to see that Tony was able to make the remodel happen. I can't say enough about Tony. Excellant communication, Knowledgeable, fantastic customer service, and a pleasure to work with. He did advise me that the installment would happen around the first week in November. It was actually completed 2 Weeks prior to that. I can't say enough about the Bath Fitter team. The plumber and installer both explained and showed me what they would be doing Both very hard workers, polite cleaned up Everything befote they left. The approach Jonathan took to explain the Nutmeg process provided me with confidence I picked the right company. Jonathan inspected and measured the staircase (twice) and explained it was a two-day process from start to finish. He was true to his word. The first day the existing stairs were removed and prefinished stringers, risers and oak treads were installed by knowledgeable and experiences carpenters . On day two, the finish painter came over and filled every nail hole and touch up painted everything to perfection. The results are outstanding! The quality of the planning, along with the expert carpenters and painters, made the entire experience pleasurable. I would highly recommend Nutmeg to anyone considering work in their home.
