We have done business with Schneider's Flooring America for the last 15 years. Over the years we have had them install tile in kitchen, 2 + bathrooms and our sunroom and carpet in our entire second floor. The latest project that we had their help with was a DYI project to put a tiled backsplash in our kitchen and then a backsplash in our sister-in-law's condo. This is absolutely the BEST company I've ever dealt with! They will stop at nothing to make sure their work is done to your satisfaction. We had a minor, MINOR issue with a kitchen cork bulletin board and they came back repeatedly and repeatedly until they got it right. They also installed tile above our new kitchen counter. My only regret is that I've taken so long to write this review...Schneider ' s Flooring America was amazing to work with, very helpful, professional, and patient, when my husband and I had a difficult time trying to decide which tile we thought would look best for our bathroom floor. When we narrowed the choice down to 3 different tiles, they let us take home large samples, so that we could see how the tile would actually look in our bathroom. They worked within our budget, and worked well with our contractor (we had the bathroom partially remodeled). After the tile arrived, the installer laid it out in a few different patterns and helped us make the decision as to which layout would look best in our bathroom. The installation of the tile was flawless. When we later that day discovered that there was a small hairline crack in the marble threshold piece (that goes in the doorway between the tile and the hallway hardwood floor), Schneiders sent the installers back out (same day) to replace it, and the installer was very apologetic, even though it probably was not his fault. We have a beautiful tile floor, thanks to Schneiders. We will definitely use them again for our next flooring project (and now they do kitchen cabinets and other design projects too). I'm writing this update to the product, installation, and the merchant. Once again I have nothing but GOOD to say about our experience with Schneider's Flooring America. The day before I planned to start the installation, I realized that I needed to have a transition molding from a marble saddle to the new LVT floating floor. So a late afternoon call to Schneider's to make sure someone was in the warehouse(preferably Rick) and I was out the door and in my car in minutes flat. Apparently, Rick had stayed past his normal quitting time and once again was very helpful in choosing just the right product and style of transition molding. Image of tile and molding provided above the review. As for the installation and the product, GREAT!! At first I was a little concerned as we started into the first box, there were two or three tile with damaged edges. Put aside we were able use them later in the project where those edges had to be removed. Most cuts were score and snap, with a sharp utility knife. Some ripping and cutouts, on a table saw. That was a little messy, but not as bad as the airborne dust when we cut the wood laminate planks. The tiles Laid down nicely, and the ClickRITE™ seal went together with no gaps. My wife loves the color, and the feel of the tiles. 12" x 24" Tradesman by Downs. Make know mistake, they do not compare to ceramic tile. For that reason, it is feet friendly flooring. It is warm, forgiving, and inviting underfoot. Quality Rating: 5 Star warranty from the manufacture. I am considering Luxury Vinyl Tile instead of wood laminate in replacing some carpet in other rooms. We will definitely go back to Schneider's Flooring America for help with that. read more

Incredible!!! That's what I must say about my experience with Schneider's!! Starting with Jocelyn, her product knowledge is outstanding!! I described what I wanted and in a matter of minutes we had picked out the carpet for my family room. I am pretty picky with what I purchase and never has it been this simple. Scheduling was a no brainier, they worked with my schedule and installed when I wanted. Hmm ever hear that one before?? Installation at the customers schedule not the stores!! Simply awesome!! Now onto the install, the installer was beyond professional and incredibly thorough. While removing the old carpet He discovered old loose tile underneath called out to me and asked if I wanted that removed. He said we should do this right and I am not sure how happy you will be with old loose tile underneath. He removed the tile and installed the padding then the carpet and the room came out spectacular. If you want a simple stress free experience I highly suggest you give these guys a shot at your next flooring project and I heard they do kitchens and bath design now as well!!! I recently replaced my master bathroom countertop. After looking at several places, I settled on Schneider's. The initial recommendation came from my neighbor who used them for her kitchen remodel. She was very pleased and there's nothing like a personal recommendation. After checking various reviews online, I went with Schneider's . Jonathan was a pleasure to work with, explaining the different types of material that one could use. I went with the engineered quartz and it is just beautiful. There was a small glitch where one of the pieces came out backwards, but a week later it was ready and it was installed. Also, there was a matter of smoothing out the walls as the installers had not left them "paint ready". Jonathan handled that so that my painter could just come back and finish painting. Now, my bathroom looks beautiful. I think Jonathan goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied and to me, that is a hallmark of a great company. We were very pleased with the service we got from Schneider's. We were looking to replace our carpet in our 600 sq ft finished basement with tile - after a free measurement, Jocelyn was very helpful in getting a range of both porcelain and ceramic tiles that would fit our budget. We ended up getting a really sharp grey porcelain tile that matched our existing color scheme very well. The installation was just finished this week and was done very professionally - we are extremely happy with the result. The installers finished the entire 600 ft installation in a day and grouted the next day in about 3 hours. A general pet peeve of mine is when contractors don't clean up well or take appropriate prep steps. In this case they get extra marks for putting down dropclothes on the stair runners and doing a good job cleaning up. Overall I would absolutely recommend them for flooring and installation and we will be using Schneider's for our next project! read more

They did a fantastic job on our 60x12' barn annex floor. They got me a great deal on a beautiful barn-board print vinyl sheet and were able to install all 600 pounds of the stuff with NO SEAMS!! They used heaters and came to check on the setting process to ensure no bubbles, too. The floor is holding up to 8 cats, a pit bull, teenagers and even the occasional chicken that gets in there. I was VERY impressed and I plan to use them for my next flooring project. read more

We needed tile and carpet, after looking at different places, we found Schneider's. The were professional, friendly and wanting to help us with choices. We kept looking at other places, but kept coming back to Schneider's. Jocelyn even gave us some tiles as inserts for our floor, saying she had bought them for herself and decided against using them. We had them install the carpet, and that went without a hitch. We installed the tile ourselves, and Jocelyn and her husband gave us some pointers and said they were just a phone call away. My husband wanted to go to Schneider's because of their commercial, "Where friends send friends." We live some distance away and there are many flooring stores near us. My husband said, "humor me". So I did and to my surprise I was very impressed. Started in the stored when picking out our flooring. Most stores made us feel like we were poor and did not spend much time with us. When we were looking at Schneider's flooring, we were offered refreshments, help with colors and indicated there was no pressure at all. We picked out our samples and were told if we decided on one, that the gentleman that measures the room will pick up the floor samples, that we did not have to drive them back. Everyone was very friendly from individuals in the store to Tom measuring the room to Don who put in the flooring. The job was somewhat difficult as we have a number of doorways and a lot of little cuts to make. Don did a fabulous job. We most certainly will tell our friends to go to Schneider's for flooring.
