Steven, the owner stopped over to take a look at our floor, measure etc. I was a bit thrown off when he asked where he should send the estimate as our builder Elzear was 100% going to stand behind his worker that caused the damage and pay Dalene whatever the cost was. Not sure he understands it was Dalene that came up with the idea of waiting until the entire floors need a refinishing to take care of our punch list item (This should have been relayed to Elzear by Dalene so he would not be surprised years later since it was Dalene's proposition) I.e. The refinishing in front of our refrigerator that that was damaged when our builder installed it. We lived with the marred surface on our brand-new home only to have Dalene not come through on their what seemed to be reasonable, albeit now to be more of a delay tactic idea on waiting.

Not only was he punctual, he was responsive communicative and extremely professional. they sent me the estimates by the end of that same day (others took weeks or didn't even bother to show up at all). They delivered as promise, showed up on time, and his team of 3 finished my large property in 1.5 days. My garden beds look amazing! Worked with me on different options. Settled on some stone and metal edging. Added some seeding and additional edging around some trees. The crew showed up and did an amazing job. Due to some roots they were unable to add the metal edging around the trees. Got some different options and went with some stone work which was done so beautifully. The crew also noticed the new deck that was built for the pool was built very poorly and suggested I contact the construction company. I did on their suggestion and the construction company admitted to their poor build and decided to rip it down and rebuild with new material and a new crew. Lawn and Order saved me a huge problem with their suggestions. I already have a few more projects in mind and I will be using Lawn and Order. These guys are AMAZING.
