His team led by Pedro came and finished the job in an hour to fix a piece of our roof that was bent by high winds. Pedro was very friendly and explained why the roofing material had fallen off and showed me the old and new screws used to attach the metal roofing. They told me that they would repair the windows and alter the framing of the window so that it would not hold water and cause water damage again. They started installing tile in the shower when you could see the waterproofing was missing in a 24" x10" area. They were paid over $70,000 and the supplies were not ordered. They did not pay their subcontractor even though the Salgados were paid in full for subcontractor's work. These are awful people. I think the other reviews are probably not from real clients.
