The place is not the flashiest or even most organized showroom, but Tim will hook you up. If you bring a sample/quote from any big box store he will work his behind off to match carpet type and price - and you can get your flooring FAST. Tim calls the carpet/flooring mills while you're sitting there, to find out when he can get the carpet you want. Tim actually had installed flooring in our house before the big box store even returned my call for a quote!
