They looked at the damage and quickly gave me a fair estimate compared to other companies that had responded for the repairs. We set up a date for them to come out and do the repairs. They told me that they would repair the windows and alter the framing of the window so that it would not hold water and cause water damage again. They took care of the problem and replaced the rotted framing in a few hours. They cleaned up the area, caulked and painted repairs to match the rest of the house. They started installing tile in the shower when you could see the waterproofing was missing in a 24" x10" area. They were paid over $70,000 and the supplies were not ordered. They did not pay their subcontractor even though the Salgados were paid in full for subcontractor's work. These are awful people. I think the other reviews are probably not from real clients.
