Our go-to fish mongers/fish market. Have not tried the hot food but the people in line look…read morepretty psyched every time we go, The shellfish (muscles, clams, oysters, shrimp) and fresh fish options are great with plenty of frozen options too. Call ahead if you questions or requests to save yourself time, the standards will be in stock. The people and the service you get is as good as it gets. If the place is not crazy talk to this great bunch of nice folks who know their stuff. When it gets crazy be patient please because seafood takes time and is hells hard work. Enjoy! Don't pick up the damn crabs you heathens !!!!

No greeting just silence and then got hung up on after a second of them picking up. I called again and they finally young lady decided to answer with a greeting. Upon arriving to grab our LG dozen... we've always been able to stack military discount and the online coupon for $5 off since our last visit. I even confirmed with the cashier during our last visit because I thought that was really nice of them. The young lady cashiering this time around had no remorse or explanation but a "NO" just military or the coupon. If you're okay with this type of customer service and can over look it plus this place being a bit $$$ definitely try their steam crabs and fish they got here. Customer Service definitely needs work. Its very awkward coming inside to an awkward staring contest with everyone behind the fish counter and cashier ( NO GREETING OR HELLO) as if your trespassing into the building or hi how can we help you today? Are you looking for anything specific???. ... Anyways ... not sure when we'll return..

I had the rockfish and it was excellent. Member of my party…read morehad a softshell crabs, and they were fried too hard.. She didn't complain to the waitress, although she should have just the rest of us.. Everyone is very friendly during a very nice and as I said, the Roc fish was delicious

While we were in the area, we decided to have lunch at the Chesapeake Landing…read more Their menu is pretty extensive, offering various apps, soups, salads, steamed seafood, platters, ribs, pastas, fried chicken, burgers, wraps, sandwiches, and kid options. We ordered: +a cup of Cream of Crab - this was thick, creamy, and pretty delicious! +the Crab Dip - served with toasted focaccia; could have used freshly-grated cheese; not much crab, and there was no flavor; the focaccia was also chewy and not well-toasted +the Crab Cakes - choice of having them broiled or friend, and we went for the broiled; not too much filler, but these just were not fresh and had no seasoning, whatsoever; the hot sauce didn't help, but their house tartar sauce was pretty good +Shrimp Scampi - with butterflied shrimp on a bed of linguini, dressed in a garlic sauce; shrimp were overcooked and rubbery, and was not fresh; the sauce was way too light and didn't taste like garlic sauce +Stuffed Shrimp - shrimp topped with crab imperial; these were just 'okay', but could have been served piping hot +coleslaw - had a nice tang +potato salad - creamy and tasty +onion rings - large and crispy; slightly overcooked +sweet potato fries - these were yummy! +sweet tea - nice and refreshing The basket of homemade cornbread was tasty, and the hot dinner rolls were so soft and fluffy! Service was friendly and attentive. The place is a bit outdated, and you can tell many locals come here. There is a little seafood counter area that you could purchase fresh seafood and condiments; they also have various weekend events, such as AYCE buffets. No reservations was necessary, as we did a walk-in and were seated immediately. Plenty of parking in their large lot. +homemade cornbread and dinner rolls +Cream of Crab soup +sweet tea +friendly service +ample parking
