EDIT/UPDATE: The…read moreguys finally arrived (on this third visit) and were able to replace the vertically wavy glass with the correctly tempered panes they brought for me. The glass now looks very nice all the way around the coach (all 9 panes). They also cleaned up all the black sealant they had around all the glass they installed last week (on their second visit) and cleaned the windows. Everything is finally the way it should have been the first time around. That said, I am not removing my original post because it's exactly what happened and took exactly as long as I said it did. While it took 4 months for them to get it right, they DID finally get it right and I bumped them up from 1 star to 3. The final experience was as it should be... the length of time it took to get to this point is why they only get 3 stars. ****************** Original post***************** I am still waiting for them to come out for the THIRD TIME to replace vertically wavy windows they installed not only the first time, but also the second time. They came out the first time on January 10, 2026, to replace 9 panels of foggy and etched glass in my RV. On May 7th, 2026, 4 MONTHS LATER, they finally came out to replace SIX of the nine they installed (again, in January) that were vertically wavy (tempered in the wrong direction) and completely unacceptable. During that replacement, TWO of them were also vertically wavy glass requiring him to come out yet again to replace those for a third time. It is my very firm belief that Jesus was deliberately dragging his feet between January and May in an effort to wait me out thinking that I would give up and "let it go" so I could be on my way in my travels but that didn't work. He finally had to come back out whether he liked it or not. (He's out of AZ someplace and I'm in SoCal.) Today, May 14th, he was supposed to be here at 8 am and it's now going on 11 am with no sign of him because, as it turns out, he decided to go take care of yet another customer on his way to my location and there is no way to know where he is or when he will be arriving or even if the windows he's bringing this 3rd time, will be tempered horizontally (rather than vertically) and require yet another (4th) trip. For the price I paid for these windows ($3500 ballpark), there should have been no mistakes. Also, the sealant is VERY sloppy and needs to be cut with a knife to "clean up" so that's left for the customer to do. He can't try to be a little neater???? I have never dealt with anyone in my 71 years who is so focused on making money that he significantly, DELIBERATELY, lacks the responsibility, quality, customer service or the respect for other people's time, in his efforts to reach his financial bottom line.

My vehicle is low to the ground and it literally ripped the bottom sides up, also damaging my hood, front bumper and splitter. The insurance company recommended quite a few body shops and thought I'd choose the best rated of them all. The next morning I arrive to hand over my keys and have a rental car agency ready to pick me up. Within 10 minutes the owner pulls me aside to inform me they can't do specialty cars, so back to square one. After spending hours calling dozens of shops, they all give me the same response, and basically saying they'll do your basic vehicle with only OEM parts, leaving me frustrated. A friend told me about Stratton Motor Cars and now thankful none of the others could. I arrived much earlier than my appointment, entered the front office where at first no one was around and rang the bell for service. The door to the shop opened, and I was first greeted by a nice gent who then informed the owner I was there. I then saw a few more employees who most likely just returned from lunch, and they all took the time to introduce themselves and welcome me! Think about this; friendly people at a body shop? Front office was immaculate, organized and clean? Even the huge shop in back was cleaner than most people's garage? Has anyone ever witnessed such a thing??? After seeing there reviews which are all 5 stars, knowing they work on high-end cars, a clean and organized office, and shockingly, service with a smile at a body shop! To conclude, my car looks even better than the day I purchased it! They replaced everything, painted it, and re-wrapped it with precision! After finding out they also do routine maintenance, they've earned the right to my business and no one else will ever touch my car! Mike the replied let me go check some things on the schedule he came back and said he can make it happen and in two days it was as good as new. Not only did they let us stay in our RV but they have a guest RV at a local RV park that they offer you free of charge if you are not able to stay in the RV while they perform the work.
