They let me know what I needed without making it urgent that I do a bunch of unnecessary stuff to my car. I was able to use the info and prioritize what needs to be done vs what can wait. They're very professional and reliable. I'm going to be back for sure. But for now just car is running so much better and it didn't cost me a crazy high amount. I hate going to car shops, but from now on I don't have to worry and get nervous. I actually found people who seem to care about their customers and know what they're doing.

They've now worked on both my Honda (routine maintenance) and my husband's BMW when we were dealing with an engine issue. In both situations, they were thorough, honest, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on before moving forward. The BMW issue especially could have been stressful, but they diagnosed it properly and fixed it rather quickly for wayyyyy less than the dealer and other shops quoted us. That meant a lot to us as we have kids in college and it's hard to deal with a huge car repair expense unexpectedly. We also had window tinting done there, and the quality is excellent omg clean lines, no bubbles, and it looks amazing! Held up perfect in the AZ heat! I requested a special service to tow an end dump…read moretrailer, with specific instructions for no lifting, as the budget could increase with lifting time. With pull towing, it would not exceed 2 hours. However, they ultimately charged me double the agreed-upon price because their driver insisted on lifting, and they didn't inform me. They forced me to pay or threatened to drop the trailer off at the auction when they didn't follow the instructions.
