Note that Glacier Bank in Kalispell, MT and in other places is part of the same banking group. They offer CD savings accounts with a 6-month lockup that will gain some decent income. I have been in here on a consistent basis and every time I come in I have to wait extended periods of time to get served because all the tellers and bankers are busy. Luckily, I've managed to mitigate my time in the branch using online services however, due to the deposit limits and other banking needs, I have been forced to come in. I dread it every time I have to come into the branch because it is a major time suck. It's ironic with the old saying "time is money" and a bank takes forever to wait on you....
